"To make things easier for myself and to ensure you can work with peace of mind, it’s better if I don’t go," Ye Wanwan stated logically.
Shen Yi looked at Ye Wanwan with a doubtful expression; she had been crying inconsolably just a mont ago because he was leaving the country.
Has it only been a while? And she’s changed her mind already?
"Really?" Shen Yi expressed his deep skepticism.
"Yeah." Ye Wanwan nodded firmly, her tone carrying a hint of pride as she said, "I’m not that unreasonable!"
Shen Yi did not feel particularly comforted by Ye Wanwan’s little show of "reason", but instead touched her head and asked seriously once again, "Have you thought it through?"
Whether she wanted to stay in the country or go abroad with him, arrangents needed to be made in advance.
"Yeah." Ye Wanwan still nodded; staying in the country seed quite good to her.
"Alright." Shen Yi agreed, but he thought to himself that no matter how busy he got, he must make ti to co back and see her.

Although it was nearing the end of the year, the new year in D Country had already passed, and the preparations for the new company were steadily progressing, just without a leader in front.
So, Shen Yi decided that the date for his team to travel abroad would be January 10th.
There were a few days left, and Shen Yi spared as much ti as possible these days to avoid overti and stay with Ye Wanwan.
However, Ye Wanwan still ate, drank, went to work, and after work, she had various entertainnts, enjoying herself imnsely.
It seed as if Shen Yi’s departure hadn’t affected her in the slightest.
Shen Yi ca out of the bathroom and looked at Ye Wanwan, who was lying on the bed absorbed in reading a novel on her phone; he felt sowhat helpless in his heart.
He started to wonder if the scene where she was crying so hard she couldn’t catch her breath the day he told her about his departure was just a fignt of his imagination?
If it wasn’t an illusion, then why was Ye Wanwan so happy now?
She didn’t seem to show the slightest hesitation to let him go.
Shen Yi walked over to the bedside, bent down, and reached out to take Ye Wanwan’s phone from her.
"Hey!" Ye Wanwan, who was enjoying her reading, saw her phone being snatched from her hands and quickly turned around, extending her arm in an obvious attempt to retrieve her phone.
"What are you doing?" Ye Wanwan looked at Shen Yi with so dissatisfaction.
"It’s late, ti to sleep," Shen Yi said as he placed the phone on the nightstand on his side, then added, "Lying down and using the phone is bad for your eyes. When I’m not here, don’t keep lying in bed playing with it."
"Hmph!" Ye Wanwan snorted coldly, turned, and wrapped herself in the blanket, thinking that once Shen Yi left, she would stay up all night playing!
Shen Yi turned off the lights, lay down in bed, and then stretched out his hand to embrace Ye Wanwan, but she avoided him angrily.
"Wanwan." Shen Yi called out her na indulgently and helplessly, stretching his hand out again.
Ye Wanwan still didn’t want to pay him any attention, but for so reason, sothing suddenly ca to her mind.
In her previous life, she had gone abroad with Shen Yi, and it was only when she felt unwell and visited the hospital that she discovered she was pregnant.
Based on the tiline, she must have actually beco pregnant while still in her own country.
It was just that she had beco pregnant recently, and added to that, after going abroad, she suffered from jet lag for a long ti. During that period, she missed her nstrual cycle and thought it was just hormonal imbalance; she hadn’t paid any attention to it.
