Lexus turned her to face him. With a face full of grievance, his deep and cold voice traveled into the ears of October, "I’ll take responsibility for you and my child. Marry ."
"No." October imdiately rejected through gritted teeth. She doesn’t want to tie him down. She doesn’t want to take away his freedom using her child as leverage for their marriage. She knows that if she’ll agree, her child won’t be fatherless. But...her heart can’t bear the fact to be married to the man who makes her heart beat this fast but doesn’t feel the sa way for her. Yes! She is being stubborn and selfish to the point of refusing her child to have a complete family.
Taking in a sharp yet shaky breath, October coldly said, "No need. I’m already responsible enough to take care of my child." She rejected and turned to leave but was then yanked back and bumped into his hard chest.
"Responsible?" Lexus chuckled nacingly as coldness swept the whole room making the temperature go down almost to the freezing point.
Hearing this, October felt a shiver run down her spine but at this ti, she needed to be resolute with this. She needs to escape now. If not, she might just fall into his trap where she might not be able to escape from all her life.
"Then take responsibility for what you did to ." He said shalessly as he leaned down to whisper in her ear, "You took my innocence so you have to take responsibility, dear wife."
October shuddered at this and stood frozen in place. She refused to be in this kind of relationship. She knew that she was asking for the most unreasonable requirent given the number of tis they have seen each other but to her, those encounters were the most magical to her.
At the ti where she was struggling so much on her decision, she found herself twisted around and a cold lips fiercely landed on her icey lips. As their lips crashed, the coldness around the both of them were still there but the storm already died down.
October received Lexus’ intense kisses as if to vent his anger on her because of how she heartlessly rejected him. He ca at her wildly, eating her all and sucking her in. October’s face flushed red because of how she lacked air for Lexus bombarded her nonstop with his deep kisses. October’s eyes started to beco teary and tried to push him away but it was of no use. Lexus stopped for a mont and stared hungrily at her dazed eyes. Her breathing was heavy, her face flushed, and her lips were swollen and red.
From this look alone, his burning desire for her ignited again and so put his hand behind her head and slamd his lips again to kiss her deeply. This ti, however, he was dominating her entirely yet still gentle. Between their kisses, Lexus unconsciously said the words that made October completely lt into his arms as her legs turned jelly, already unable to support herself.
"I love you, Lan’er."
These words kept ringing into October’s ear making her mind go blank. She was instantaneously overwheld by her emotions and her guard broke down completely as tears continuously stread her face. At this mont, she let Lexus co into her heart and completely and utterly claid it whole. Ah, she really fell hard for this man so terrifyingly fast. With their mind and heart completely in sync, the two were again stuck in their own world.
Madam Zhou giggled and looked at her husband and said with her eyes sparkling, "Aren’t they so cute, darling?"
"I don’t care much about them, I only care about you, my darling wife." President Zhou lovingly said with a sweet smile on his face making Madam Zhou blush at his intense stare. He tightened his hold of her and planted a kiss on her forehead before dragging his wife to go ho. His smile was deep and mischievous. He was not yet finished with her.
Gu Chen and Assistant Yu, having to witness 2 couples flirting openly in front of them, the bachelors, wore a very bitter and gloomy face. Why can’t they just find a room to make out? Why here in front of them? Are they mocking us singles? Damn it!
Gu Chen was almost to the point of exploding. He then looked at Assistant Yu who had already given up on his life completely and nudged his side to wake him up. He then hissed and glared at the remaining couple still making out at the center of the room without caring for anything or anyone. "Will you stop this damn couple from kissing already?" It’s been almost like an hour! Damn it!
"I’m afraid not, young master Gu. My young master will not tolerate it if soone will co and disturb his ti with the young madam." Assistant Yu replied skillfully rejecting Gu Chen’s request. He really was telling the truth. Also, he still wanted to live a little longer that was why he did not try to stop them from their mont.
"We just need...to wait." Assistant Yu helplessly sighed as he remained standing in attention near his masters in case they need sothing from him.
After almost like an eternity, the two individuals parted and looked at each other with both faces tainted with red and panting heavily. The 2 people who were both similarly cold were now as warm as the sumr, lting each other’s coldness.
Lexus caressed October’s pink cheek tenderly as his lips curled up to form into a really radiant smile almost blinding October. Resting his forehead to hers, he resolutely said in a very strong and powerful voice, "You are mine now, Lexus Song’s wife." With that, he landed a kiss on her lips as if to seal his vow to her.
Lexus knew that his wife was cold and indifferent but she was no way a cold-hearted person. In fact, he knew that she was the most kindest and sincere person he had ever t. That was why he will need to thoroughly train his wife to be ruthless and domineering just like him.
October stared wide-eyed at the handso face smiling gently at her and her heart felt like it will burst from happiness. Unconsciously, a smile slowly blood on October’s pretty face. It was the most beautiful and radiant smile Lexus had seen. To him, this smile was the most priceless treasure he had ever encountered in his whole life, more priceless than all of the jewels and diamonds in the world combined, that’s how breathtakingly beautiful her smile was. What’s more, that radiant smile was for him alone and no one can snatch it away from him.
