What? What just happened?
Huh?
Silence descended on the large dining hall as all of them held their breaths in utter shock.
Truly! Their young master really was so bold in doing such a thing to their young madam. Well, they really were not complaining about it because it was such a beautiful picture, a once-in-a-lifeti experience if they may say it.
Now, what would their young madam’s reaction be? All turned to the expressionless woman that they recognized as their "young madam" with faces full of anticipation. Well, their young madam seed to have just turned to...stone.
"Yeah. ’Good food really tastes good if shared with family.’ It really tastes good that I could not get enough of it." Lexus said in his deep voice laced with a dark and sexy tone. He seductively looked at October with his peircing ocean blue eyes as he licked his finger that just wiped Ocober’s lips. He smiled at her and went on to say. "I think I was not able to taste the food much. I have to eat it again to fully savor it."
Huh? Savor what exactly? October’s mind was still in chaos until she saw him eat so dish and turned to her and slowly, his head moved near her face.
Then, as if so lightning of realization hit her, she scread in embarrassnt but then choked on her food in the process. She coughed and coughed until her eyes watered and her face reddened.
October was beyond herself when Lexus just "fed" her through his mouth! Who does that so confidently in front of so many people? How shaless can he be? She was so embarrassed. She really felt like she was always making a fool of herself and turn dumb whenever she was with Lexus. Sothing always happens when they’re together in front of random people.
Because of its suddenness, Lexus got so flustered when he saw his wife choking from her food but, fortunately, he was still clear-headed and so there he grabbed a glass of water near them and help October drink it. His face was full of worry and nervousness that showed in his shaking hand holding the glass of water. His brows were knitted tightly, making deep black lines between his brows. He rubbed her back as if to help her relieve herself. Mother Song was also anxious and so scrambled to where October was and softly patted her back.
It took a few monts for October to collect herself with the help of Lexus and Mother Song. Still, she wanted to cover her face and flee from here to hide her embarrassnt.
"My wife, are you okay?" Lexus anxiously asked as his usually cold eyes showed a rare worried and guilty look. He knew he overdid it this ti. If this situation turned worse, he will never forgive himself, ever.
Mother Song was also there, patting October’s back, but kept silent as she sent a glare to her son. She could not help but admonish her stupid son in her heart. However, Lexus did not care about his mother’s glare as his attention was fully on his wife.
October slowly wiped her teary eyes and calmly said to the two worried people beside her, "I’m alright now. I’m sorry about my...impolite manners and let you sothing like that."
Mother Song finally let out a sigh of relief when she heard her daughter-in-law speak in a calm voice. Even though she was reluctant, she still walked back to her chair and sat.
October’s anger was boiling inside of her that was showed in her usually calm eyes. This was how angry she was. She was humiliated again by this darn man. She sharply turned to Lexus who was looking at her worriedly and guiltily with seething anger.
Lexus was still looking handso with his sapphire eyes that were looking straight at her, thick and long eyeslashes, his straight nose, high cheekbones and his red full lips. Just that, right now, October was distracted by the sight in front of her. It was not his devil-like beauty but rather sothing else.
"Pfft--"
Mother Song errupted in loud laughter followed by the maids and butlers who were having a hard ti controlling their giggles. However, it was just too much for them to bear. And so, they all laughed till their bellies ached.
Lexus frowned at this as he does not know what they laughing at. Did soone crack a joke that he did not know? Why were they laughing so loudly? A little distracted, he turned to his wife but was imdiately flabbergasted. She was currently covering her mouth with both hands but so giggles still escaped from her and her eyes were clearly smiling and glowing with light while looking at him. She looked more beautiful and radiant like this.
However, this furthered his confusion but the crows errupted again in laughter. Soon, his face was dark as coal as he gritted his teeth in anger.
Why are they laughing? Clearly, I am the only one not laughing here. What’s more infuriating was that they were looking at him. What? Is there sothing wrong with my face?
At this thought, he angrily looked around him, including his mother, and touched his face in wonder. At first, he did not feel anything amiss on his smooth face; however, he felt sothing small, round, and soft on his face. He circled it round and round till he noticed that there were in fact a lot like that on his face.
Suddenly, the room’s pressure dropped at the sa ti the temperature turned to zero degrees. The soft and warm atmosphere from a mont ago that were filled with laughter were now instantly replaced with a dark and dangerous vibe to none other than their young master.
The maids and butlers stiffened then trembled in place, almost making them topple over into the floor. This...how can they forgot that their young master had always been like this, a cold-blooded and ruthless man who does not give a damn about small fries but will never let himself be humiliated or be stepped on by soone else. For him, this must be the first to be laughed at so loud like this. All looked at their black-faced young master with a look full of apprehension. They shrinked back their necks in fear of having their heads rolled on the floor. Well maybe that was an exaggeration, but still they were too scared of their young master’s terrible temper.
