“You dare to bully the sister of Rio Gordon and say you haven’t done anything scoundrel-like? Owen Hayes, if you don’t like her, just man up and tell her straight. You having soone else in your heart while leading her on, making her chase after you every day—you find that entertaining?”

“What do you an I have soone else in my heart? Rio Gordon, just because you’re heartless and don’t understand a woman’s heart, don’t lump
in with you, okay?”
Owen Hayes was about to explode with frustration, “Not every man is as cold-blooded as you, blind to a girl’s devotion!”
As if feeling no emotion himself, he made it seem like all n were equally clueless, “I think you’re the one in the Gordon family who understands feelings the least!”
