Li An’an rolled her eyes at him. “I’m sorry to disappoint you. It’s obvious that it was the forr. Food is ready. Aren’t you hungry? Hurry up and eat. I have sothing to attend to later!”
There was still an hour and a half before it was ti for her to pick up the children. She could not stay here for too long.
Chu Yichen replied, “Okay, I’ll go wash my hands.” Although he said that he was going to wash his hands, he walked upstairs and did not co down for a long ti.

Li An’an thought for a mont. There was still so much food left anyway, so she filled a bowl of rice for herself. She sat in front of him and ate with him.
Chu Yichen seed really hungry. He ate quickly and did not speak until he finished two bowls of rice. Then he put down his bowl and chopsticks. He poured himself a glass of water before sitting down beside Li An’an, watching her eat.
Li An’an had sothing on her mind, so she ate slowly. She was chewing a piece of pork rib when Chu Yichen ca to sit down next to her. Her gaze shifted from the bowl to him, and looked at him in confusion.
His gaze was fixed on the pork ribs in her mouth.
She took a bite and spoke.. “You like this piece of pork rib?”
