The Brother Who Hates Me Chapter 13 He was not insecure at all

"Sir, Wang Motor Corporation wants to set-up a eting with you." Lou said as soon as he entered his Boss office.

With his hand was his Boss's favourite brewed coffee in the morning which he put on his table.

Jordan heard of that company. He looked at Lou while picking up his coffee.

"It's a multinational automotive manufacturer, headquartered here in our country Sir." Lou started to brief his Boss with the company's background.

"That corporation was not bad, let us hear what they want to offer. Make a schedule for them." Jordan instructed as he gazed back to the docunts on his table.

Jordan heard a ssage tone. He then paused to check his mobile phone at the table. It was Sheena.

[Boss there's a problem.]

[Chad will stay in the country for a week to spend more ti with us before the class started. But I will try my best to beco the third wheel so don't worry.]

His eyebrows creased upon reading the ssage.

He knew that Chad was a long ti friend of Raven but he sensed that the boy had sothing on his sleeve, a feeling towards Raven.

Chad had a good background, seed to also have good personalities and good appearance he can say.

That was not the problem because he knew his own advantages.

He was not insecure at all.

The thing was the age gap difference.

Raven was still considered a minor so he can't even make his moves right now unlike that Chad who was of the sa age as Raven.

And he had heard that there's a higher chance that love blooms and develops between friends.

And he was bothered about that.

"One more thing Lou, can you check again my schedule for this week?" Jordan asked his assistance.

Lou obeyed and dictated his current appointnts for the week.

"Cancel them all. I'll be going on a business trip. Tell our office in Boston that I'll be visiting and will stay there for a week." Jordan instructed before dismissing his assistant.

Lou called to inform their Boston office for the sudden visit.

"Why the sudden visit? Is there sothing wrong? I think our sales for this year were not that bad."

The officer in charge asked Lou so many questions because the CEO usually visits branch offices with poor sales and marketing outco.

"It's nothing much, he might want to boost out or to encourage your branch more." Lou answered simply.

Lou knew the real reason for the sudden business trip.

'Isn't that already considered as stalking?' He thought when he was first instructed by his Boss to make preparations for Raven's friend Sheena.

He was the one who fixed everything for Sheena to be accepted on the sa University as Raven without even going to the right process of admittance.

Sheena loved the idea of studying abroad with Raven and imdiately agreed.

Of course this was a better option than stopping school and working at an early age since her family encountered a misfortune and had faced bankruptcy.

Sheena's future was now secured that instant. All she has to do is to be the Boss' eyes and ears with matters concerning Raven.

And the most important thing above all that Sheena has to do is to prevent Raven from being involved to any man during her college years.

Lou felt his bone chilled at the thought.

'So that was how he's going to wait for his love? No it's not even called waiting. It was more of YARDING a property- fencing his love to make sure no one will enter. He was probably the only one who was capable of that.' Lou grinned at the thought of his Boss' style.

He was anticipating how everything would turn out with this love story of his Boss.

He just hopes he gets the girl in the end.

AT RAVEN'S APARTNT

As expected, Chad arrived at Raven's apartnt in the morning.

Sheena can't help but exclaid while still yawning, "Goodness Chad, are you an alarm clock? Can't you see what ti is it? It's just 7:15 in the morning!"

Raven laughed because Sheena was right. This was too early for a visit.

Chad pouted his lips and looked at Raven, "I am lonely and no one to eat breakfast with. It's not that early besides I can wait here while you fix yourselves. Let's walk outside and grab breakfast. My treat!"

Sheena can't help but pull her hair right and left. This Chad will definitely give her a hard ti for a week.

They chose to eat breakfast at a nearby bakery and café.

Sheena was intently observing Chad and shook her head. She wonders if Raven can notice it too. But she doubts it knowing how her friend's mind works.

Chad no longer accompanied them upstairs and just dropped them at Sors Place entrance. It was agreed that they will go out tonight.

"What do you think of Chad?" Sheena asked Raven when they were inside the elevator.

Raven turned her head to face to her, "Huh? What about Chad?"

"I think he likes you." Sheena blurted out eting Raven's eyes. She was also curious to know what Raven thinks and feels for Chad.

Raven poked her, "Hey! What's with you? Why are you asking sothing like that? Stop it."

Sheena was seriously looking at her, "No, I'm serious, what if Chad likes you or sowhat pursue you. We never know the future holds so just in case sothing like that happen what do you think about him?"

Raven t her eyes and answered in a serious tone, "I'm too young to talk about that. I think I'm a late bloor okay when it cos to sothing like that. My priority for now is to graduate and no side lines especially with love life thing so stop that."

Raven added, "And don't you dare talk sothing like that about Chad. We are friends and I do hope it remains as that. Chad was just a nice guy so don't misunderstand or misinterpret his actions. It's just his personalities."

Sheena answered and just nodded, "Okay got it."

But at the back of her mind she thought how co Raven was good into almost anything but not at cooking and reading on people.
