Jas watched the alpha pair enter the venue with tense eyes.

He knew that both alphas who were ’friends’ with Anabella were wealthy and well-connected, but he had never expected to run into them like this.

It made his blood boil to see them both, and he wanted to hurt them as much as possible. But he held his desire back and decided to observe for now.

The longer it took for the pair to enter and head toward their table, the more Jas was able to calm himself down. He was almost sure he would not show irritation to anyone.

That thought lasted just until his eyes t Noah across the hall, and the alpha recognized him before he walked over to Jas to give his greetings.

"Hey, kid! So we et again. Are you here with your family? What about Bella? Did you not bring her? Can you let her know that she should visit us more often? We get bored easily, and she is usually unwilling to entertain us when we talk to her...hahaha..."

Noah let out a joyous laugh, this relaxed form betraying his lack of conflict and discomfort.

His easy-going nature made Jas bite his lip and feel irritated.

He was about to give a crude reply when Clair decided to interfere and hit Noah on his head a little harder than Jas would have thought her to do.

"Noah, stop causing trouble for others. You said you were heading over because you saw a friend, not because you wanted to use trouble for soone. Now, co here, and we should head back."

The female alpha warped her arms around her partner before she gave Jas a grateful look for putting up with her partner, and she tried to drag the taller alpha away.

However, the more she tried to do that, the more resistant Noah was. He was too heavy for Clair to be able to drag away fully when he did not want to cooperate.

Daniel and Sharon watched this exchange silently, but Daniel could not hide his curiosity and annoyance at this couple who ca over to et his son.

"Excuse , but do I know you both from sowhere before? It was not very polite of you to co over and try to talk to my family like you know us. Please, don’t co again because it makes us uncomfortable when you co over."

Daniel was just telling the truth; as an alpha, he felt it was his right to protect his family.

He knew he made the right decision when his chest felt a heavy pang at the annoyed look he got from the two alphas in front of him.

Daniel’s instincts told him not to like this pair, and he decided to listen to his instincts. Warning bells rang in his ear when Sharon chose to speak to this alpha and try to make a connection.

"Ah, hello! It is nice to et you both. But can you tell us who you are? Are you Jas’s friends? If so, I would like to ask you to break this friendship. I’ll be frank with you - this age gap is too much, and I don’t feel comfortable with Jas having friends of your age."

Sharon interfered and spoke before anyone else could get a word in. She also used her oga pheromones, knowing fully well that it would give her an advantage over the alphas here.

Her face showed her confident smile, and Sharon straightened her back to show she was not soone to be ssed with.

She would feel other alphas turning toward her from the other side of the room, making her feel powerful.

As an oga, Sharon knew her charms and how to use them. Even though she only had eyes for Daniel, that did not an she was unwilling to use what she had to get her way.

’Co on! The top is staring and falling for already. No alpha can resist an oga who is being this open with them. Now, show your true colors.’

Sharon’s smile fell a little when the alphas she was trying to intimidate did not even pay her much attention.

Instead, they looked repulsed by her actions.

When Sharon opened her mouth to speak up again, the female alpha spoke up simultaneously.

"Ugh, who blasted these foul pheromones all around? Don’t they know this is a prohibited act and a safety hazard? Looks like I will have to call for protective services against this person. It is a grave offense, after all."

Sharon stopped using her pheromones, and her face went white and red. She could not believe what she had just heard ca from an alpha’s mouth.

Daniel’s face had also gone red and looked like he had swallowed a sour lemon. Her alpha looked unhappy, and that made Sharon shrink away even more.

"Ah, this spoiled my mood. Noah, it looks like we are heading back ho now. I am going to leave this place a bad review. Running into uncivilized people in here caused to lose my appetite."

Clair pulled herself away and started walking out. Noah followed after her with a smile on his face.

The owner of this place, who had just been told of Clair and Noah’s presence at his restaurant, looked delighted, and he ca down to greet them...only for him to witness this scene.

He looked stunned before his disappointnt turned into anger. Then he looked at his friend, who had brought his mistress and son here to dine.

"Tsk, so people are so rude for no reason. This place is better off not receiving such business. These people should thank for eliminating such annoying leeches on their business."

Sharon spoke confidently as she recovered from the humiliation she had suffered at the hands of those two alphas.

But Daniel felt bad for his friend, and he flinched when he noticed how his friend was glaring at him and Sharon.
