386: Chapter 328: Copy Scalper?

386: Chapter 328: Copy Scalper?

The Royal City Goliath battle had finally reached its end with the death of Dragon King Kote.

Lind’s Expedition Army was now replanning the current state of the Royal City, including garrisoning and organizing patrols, and surrounding the manors of forr nobles one by one.

Moreover, signs were placed at the gates of each manor, detailing information related to the estate, including to whom it once belonged and how many heirs there were, etc.

For the Undead, this was like accessing the boss data.

Two soldiers stood at the entrance of each manor, primarily responsible for collecting fees.

The cost of entering the instance.

The reason being the expedition was over, and the final boss had been successfully defeated, so the ga experience for the Undead was also over, but we were still considerately keeping it open, allowing the Undead to continue entering the instance to fight monsters, just no longer for free.

“Lin Dog!”

“Damn Lin Dog, getting diarrhea as a kid and then realizing the door wouldn’t open from this side!”

Although many were shouting and cursing, everyone obediently paid up because, starting now, by paying they could directly “reserve the place” and leisurely explore without worrying about others stealing their finds.

So a group of people yelled loudly while competing to pay for their turn.

If they didn’t secure a turn, they’d line up.

A manor instance was vast, and it was very unlikely that a regular Undead squad could clear it in one go.

If lucky, they might even find items that the previous team didn’t manage to pick up.

I Gotchu Pikachu was getting ready to line up; the instance ahead nad “Osay Manor” had unique equipnt and weapons drop, and many Archers, so he prepared to snag a great bow.

“Brother, brother!”

A figure sneaked over, glanced around, then gently tugged at I Gotchu Pikachu’s arm, shaking it twice.

I Gotchu Pikachu imdiately dodged to the side, due to his deliberately practiced agility, he moved so swiftly that the other couldn’t react in ti.

He slapped his arm disdainfully and said, “I an, brother, speak nicely, don’t get handsy!”

Lately, many people have heightened their sensory settings for a better gaming experience, especially when it cos to “removing cast tis.” Suddenly having your arm shaken like a blonde, cute girl, almost made him lose his composure.

Although this Undead in front of us also looked like a cute girl, the tone of her voice was definitely not feminine.

The cute girl-like manly Undead asked, “Dude, are you heading to line up for Osay Manor?”

“Yeah.” he nodded.

“Alright then, just follow ,” she said, reaching to pull him again, but unfortunately, her level wasn’t high enough to catch I Gotchu Pikachu.

“No way man, what do you an?”

The cute girl-like manly Undead had to explain, “We line up for others, pay us and we’ll queue for you.”

“Scalpers?” I Gotchu Pikachu was shocked.

Was this still the ga world?

He didn’t agree but instead retorted, “Are you here looking for soone, buddy?”

“Looking for who?” The scalper also got a bit annoyed, but this business, if done, could definitely turn a profit.

Currently, a massive number of Undead from all directions were gathering in Goliath, it was historically the highest simultaneous Undead presence on-screen, and the ga currency market was heating up again.

Of course, so people could see the huge business opportunity in this ga.

“You definitely flipped your real mom over to this place, so you ca here in the ga to find her, right?”

“What do you an?” The scalper Undead’s face turned sour, “Brother, speak nicely!”

“What do I an?

Speak nicely?!

A perfectly good ga not played, giving you early access was ant for scalping?

It figures people like you turn the ga into a toxic ss.”

“You!” The scalper Undead crouched down to pray and buff up, but I Gotchu Pikachu kicked him over and swiftly drew his sword, stabbing at the head and causing an instant head burst.

“You don’t even understand the ga, who waits for you to pray before a fight, dumbass!”

Spitting on the ash that the corpse had beco, he turned to join the queue.

Whenever there were people and resources to fight for, scalpers, studios, and schers would inevitably increase in number.

As he approached the entrance to the “Ausai Manor” dungeon, he watched a recently resurrected scalper start pulling in more people, eventually convincing soone to pay to cut in line.

Even though it was advertised as “queue skipping,” the process seed okay, but it still made one annoyingly reminiscent of those unpleasant experiences at amusent parks in the real world.

The arguing grew louder, and the emotional parties seed ready to co to blows.

In the real world, people might hold back a bit, but in the ga, actions speak louder than words.

The undead who dared to take on the noble manor’s dungeon were among the first or second tier of experts, not asured by attribute values in Goliath, but by who could launch attacks without any wind-up, taking down one dragonized soldier after another.

The unit of combat was asured by dragonized soldiers.

The scalper who I “Pikachu-ed” and knocked out in a blink had lasted a bit longer against another player but was still dispatched in three moves.

There was no way around it; this was the Goliath undead’s style of fighting.

If you can’t eliminate your enemy in the shortest ti, then you’re the one who gets eliminated.

Even ranged wizards were forced to develop decent rolling moves and close-combat sword skills.

Practicality far outweighed flair.

But after resurrection, the scalper quickly pulled in so reinforcents.

Among the scalpers, there were certainly high-level players rushing their ranks, unknown relations in the real world but probably all orphaned in their quest for kin.

This ti the displaced undead was far less skilled and was carried away by the scalper’s reckless tactics.

The scene beca even more chaotic, finally attracting the dungeon’s guarding soldiers.

“Wait, wait!

Red na!”

When Land Soldiers turned red, it ant they were hostile to the entire national power.

No one thought of running away; instead, they all obediently raised their hands over their heads and squatted down to avoid escalating their wanted level and drawing Lind.

Seeing this, I “Pikachu-ed” and didn’t stay any longer, as it was clear the dungeon wouldn’t be accessible for a while.

If a conflict arose soon, he should stay away to avoid getting splashed with blood.

Wandering around, I “Pikachu-ed” spotted a few areas heavily guarded by soldiers.

“Sir, what is going on here?” He approached the NPC soldier with a smile.

“Royal City Dungeon.”

“Dungeon?” I “Pikachu-ed,” his eyes lighting up, “When will it open?”

“Open?” The soldier eyed him and shook his head, “Entering would an certain death for you.

The Duke insists it be strictly guarded to prevent anyone from entering and anything from escaping.”

“Stronger than Dragon King Kote?”

“Don’t know.”

No matter how much he asked afterward, the soldier remained silent.

“There must be sothing good in this dungeon.”

For the undead, the best loot was a fresh BOSS fight, and the sense of achievent from defeating the BOSS was their greatest reward.

He reluctantly took a few more glances but eventually turned and left.

He didn’t want to be marked as hostile by the Land Soldiers.

Moreover, his brain had already translated the soldier’s speech, which roughly ant: the map is not yet open.

He better find a way to trigger the storyline.
