287: Chapter 241 Golden Oath 287: Chapter 241 Golden Oath Even those who are unfamiliar with the power of crests would find the intricate patterns on Lind’s chest peculiar at first sight.

They seed to be mixed and forcibly stuffed onto his chest, not invading each other’s space yet having no connection either.

Such control solely depended on the formidable power of Lind’s Ring of Magic.

Had it been an ordinary person, just adjusting these powers would likely exhaust them.

Perhaps Lind’s collapse signified that he had begun to tire.

“How much have you mastered?” Lania persisted in her questioning.

To her, Lind’s actions bordered on madness.

Although she had never obtained transcendent powers, she never stopped researching them and understood well the risks of harnessing these powers through magic potions.

Witches and Great Knights were by Lania’s side, and she had never ceased her quest for power in her efforts to restore Hedwin’s rule.

In one aspect, she and Lind were very similar: they both believed that power ca from knowledge.

“Five kinds?

In the future, there will only be more,” Lind did not conceal the truth, as he needed more power.

Anyone who asked could be told since his success was not replicable.

Like Lania, who possessed the power of the Golden Oath Badge, she might not be maddened by her power, but without the Ring of Magic, she also lost the potential to control more divergent powers.

All the epics and magical potion powers that Lind obtained from the Mountain Demon Castle would eventually beco part of his own strength.

He did not want to be eliminated, so he had to keep evolving himself, gritting his teeth to keep up with the frequency of the ga updates.

“Your body and spirit cannot withstand it,” Lania said as she looked at Lind.

Perhaps due to their shared noble bloodlines, she could better understand the risks Lind was undertaking.

Lind responded more carefreely, “Let’s worry about that when I can’t withstand it any longer.”

Either die now or die in the future.

Lania hesitated, uncertain whether she should help Lind add a share of the Golden Knight’s power to himself, which could be the last straw that breaks him.

In the end, Lania nodded in agreent, not because Lind had persuaded her, but as a queen, she needed Lind now.

The distinctions of ceremony were unimportant.

The one with greater strength held the right to speak, and all Lania could hope was that Lind would not die from this.

The Cavalry under Lania’s command all followed this path, and in the way of the Golden Oath Knights, she had an adequate stock of magic potions.

A cal, lean and dying, is still larger than a horse.

No matter how impoverished she beca, a queen was still a queen, with the essential foundation never lacking.

What limited the developnt of her controlled forces was not the amount of magic potions, but rather the varied quality of her knights.

Every mber of the royal guard was a precious force, and not everyone would succeed just by consuming a magic potion; she lacked the courage to bear the consequences of failure, hence the conservative number of Grand Knights.

The “Golden Oath Knight’s path” and the “Sun’s Proof Knight’s path” had an extrely high degree of similarity, and Lania’s ntion of “Sun’s Proof brothers from the sa mother” might not be unfounded.

After Lind drank the magic potion, he could distinctly feel that peculiar sensation.

It was as though he was once again on the path of the Sun Knight, only this ti he was a Golden Knight.

The subtle difference might lie in the lack of sensation of the Flas’ power this ti.

Lania followed Lind’s instructions, chanting “Rand’s Army Under the Golden Oath” that she had recited countless tis.

Her singing was not touching, certainly not compared to Ghost Selena.

Her singing carried an air of valor and firmness, robust as if reciting an epic.

Lind could hear the emotions in her voice.

One could also describe it in another way: all emotion, no technique!

He even managed to critique in his mind that Baya must have never heard Lania sing; otherwise, he wouldn’t be so eager to marry her.

The “Gemini Crest” allowed him to multitask, critiquing Lania’s singing while also feeling the power surge through his body.

And still having the mind to comnt on the brewing technique.

Lania’s Pharmacist skills were far inferior to the Bunny-toothed Witch, even less than his own Pharmacist assembly line.

Despite their fast working pace, the Pharmacists were like oil sellers who honed their skills through practice, ensuring efficiency while also adjusting the flavor.

The potion Lind drank clearly had a rough taste; the simring heat was quite a ss.

“It seems like I should spirit away the Pharmacists as well as the Cavalry.”

He didn’t want a group of talented individuals continuing to waste ti following Lania around.

He could construct defensive fortifications in Mountain Demon Castle, ensuring that even if he were riding a dragon, it would be very difficult to penetrate, allowing Lania to sit inside and pick her toes in peace.

The Golden Power surged into his body, drawing his attention for a mont, but before it could fully erupt, he pressed it down.

He had already consud Magic Potion too many tis.

Great Knight, Senior Grand Knight, and so on.

The recited poetry climbed out as vine-like text, spreading golden branches, traversing through space to arrive in front of Lind.

The vines entwined around his body, the text wriggled, and those clusters emitting a faint glow were words, but they also resembled the leaves of the vines.

The Golden Oath vines wrapped around Lind several tis before one end plunged into his chest, forcibly entering the intricate pattern there.

In a daze, Lind seed to see a tree.

A squat trunk was forcibly supporting branches that were thicker than the trunk itself.

On these branches, the left side bore a fruit nad “Lost Soul Knight,” while the right branch grew a fruit called “Supply Fla Knight.”

There were also “Snake Catcher,” “Rune ssenger,” and now a new fruit to be added: “Golden Oath Knight.”

But the difference lay in the fact that the golden fruit rapidly grew vines, which wrapped around the thick squat trunk along the branches.

The vines continued to grow, quickly climbing up the trunk to the branch of the “Snake Catcher.” The golden vines cautiously approached.

Suddenly, the fruit radiated a black light, and a snake biting its own tail appeared, threatening the golden vines, warning them not to co closer, yet the vines charged straight at it.

Everything was going smoothly, and Lind was consciously guiding the vines, helping them to climb and develop.

The fruit was controlled, the vines did not harm the fruit, and even voluntarily beca the fruit’s branches and leaves, protecting it.

The golden vines continued to wander and gradually wrapped around the entire bare trunk, suffusing it with a golden glow.

Lania was not clear about the purpose of Lind’s actions, but she soon noticed that the chaotic Crest at Lind’s chest erged with a golden vein.

It was as if order suddenly sprang forth amidst chaos, rearranging the disordered Crests, weaving them, and connecting each one with itself as the dium.

The chaotic Crest was reorganized by the Golden Oath Badge, transforming it from a aningless mishmash, a forced amalgamation of patterns, into sothing more orderly, as though each Crest were a predetermined part.

The specific manifestation was aesthetic.

It evolved from chaos and abruptness to being filled with a sense of mystery.

It must have succeeded, Lania thought, her throat sowhat dry, but she didn’t stop; she kept reciting the incantation over and over.

Lind closed his eyes, and as the golden vines entwined the Creed representing the “Gemini Crest,” the secondary heartbeat finally cald down.

As Lania said, the function of the Golden Oath Badge was to build a cage, establish order, and steady everything that was unsafe.

Now, Lind had imprisoned his own uncontrollable Noble power within it.

This power lacked consciousness of its own; it was simply too strong, strong enough to obliterate humanity and rationality, to change one’s personality.

It was a gift from the Ring of Magic, and even a hint of it could cause a human to collapse and turn into sothing different.

Upon this realization, Lind tried to communicate with it.

Interacting face to face with lions, tigers, and the like was dangerous, but it was different through the bars of a cage.

Under the frequency adjustnt of the Golden Oath Badge, the secondary heartbeat matched the primary one.

Then, a force surged from the position of his heart, completely enveloping Lind’s body.

Pure bloodline power, untainted by any Magic Potion-derived Noble force, enabled him to successfully reach the status of “Hero”!

He quickly disconnected from that state and swiftly severed the connection with the Noble power in his secondary heartbeat.

It was only for an instant, but Lind found he was infinitely close to the essence of magic; his power could beco stronger, and his applications could beco more flexible.

As long as he followed that force, he could perform Flying Escape; he would be omnipotent!

But he quickly ca to his senses, for various parts of his body were itching, as if in preparation for a better understanding and control of magic, his body was getting ready to grow certain organs.
