Chapter 717: Chapter 441: Queen Flower

November 10th, a gentle breeze untroubled the air, and the warm sun made it a perfect day for travel.

Colin did just that.

Since Pansai City was quite a distance away, he had prepared to travel early in the morning to Neustadt to take the Transmission Array.

“Be careful on the road.”

Shelley, Lillian, Atbolde, and Jennifer ca to see him off.

Besides them, no one on the Tilaii Plain knew of his departure.

Ryden seed to have had urgent matters a few days ago, coming in a rush and leaving just as quickly, only informing him of the event’s start ti but not its duration, which Colin had forgotten to ask.

Thus, for this trip to Pansai City, he genuinely did not know how long he would need.

But, considering such a grand event, it would probably last at least three to five days.

“When I leave, everything will remain as usual; seek help from the Supre Council imdiately if sothing happens,”

Colin instructed finally, and then he set off on his journey.

He later researched Pansai City, which was the farthest Miracle City from Neustadt, known for its nickna Spring City, with perpetual spring and seas of flowers.

The scene must be quite splendid… Colin felt a slight anticipation.

If not for the threat of Divine beings, he would prefer a life progressing steadily in strength, augnted by occasional relaxation and exploring the unique customs and scenery of the Otherworld…

Entering the familiar Transmission General Bureau in Neustadt, Colin intended to head to the counter as usual.

An eagle-eyed staff mber spotted him and hurried over, “Honorable Councilman Colin, this way, please.”

“Do you know ?”

“You might not rember, sir, but I am a Wizard from the Tin Saint School, and I had the fortune of eting you once.”

“I see.”

“This way,” the working Wizard smiled, ducked his head, and led Colin into a private VIP transmission room.

“For a Council mber, using the Transmission Array in any Miracle City is without wait or fee.”

The staff mber continued, confird the destination, and then bowed out,

“Sir, please wait a mont, and the Transmission Array will activate.”

Colin nodded lightly.

To think he could ride the Transmission Array for free… There seed to be many privileges of a Supre Council mber that he was unaware of.

The light of the Transmission Array flashed.

A crowd of ordinary Wizards appeared in the public transmission room, wearing various garbs and expressions.

“Ugh—”

However, most stood still, slightly acclimating to the dizziness brought by the transmission, so with weaker constitutions even suffered bouts of retching.

Calvin took several deep breaths in a corner.

He could not recall how long it had been since he last felt dizziness from transmission.

And… he glanced around at the crowded Wizards, a wave of disgust welling up inside him.

All these lowly mixed-bloods, when would they ever share a Transmission Array with him?

With a frown, he quickly walked out and headed to the hall.

The faint fluctuation of another transmission reached him, and Calvin looked toward the iron door to his right; not familiar with this hall but judging by the direction, it should lead to the VIP transmission rooms he often used.

In the past, he used a different, separate door that led directly to the VIP transmission rooms, unaware that another door in the hall could also access the VIP area.

Who had just teleported away inside?

Riding the VIP Transmission Array in Neustadt… there was a good chance he knew them.

But, what did it matter?

Calvin shook his head and cautiously stepped out.

Now, with a haggard face and sowhat tattered Wizard Robe, he looked no different than any other Wandering Wizard Apprentice commonly seen.

His journey thus far had not been without hardships.

He had assud that the strength of an Advanced Wizard Apprentice was enough for him to smoothly travel from the Sea Domain to the Roon Kingdom.

But reality had struck him hard.

Calvin had overlooked that besides being an Advanced Wizard Apprentice, he also had another identity as a mber of the Adams Family.

And now, he was rely a solitary, wandering Advanced Wizard Apprentice.

If not for retaining so distinct abilities of a Fourth Rank Wizard, like perception,

he likely would have never made it from Si Mao City across such a distance to Neustadt.

Actually, Calvin hadn’t completely overlooked his current situation; to ensure a smooth arrival, he had prepared many Magic Stones.

These Magic Stones, originally intended for self-defense, indeed spared him much trouble.

But they also brought more troubles.

Unable to reveal his strength, he had nearly fallen several tis, in utter disarray.

If not for this, he wouldn’t have arrived in Neustadt so late!

But no matter, now that he had traveled most of the way, he was close to reaching Roon Kingdom.

Calvin walked out of the Transmission General Bureau, recalling from mory the location of the Airship Traffic Administration and headed there.

He now understood that for a Wandering Wizard Apprentice, the safest way to travel was by these public conveyances.

Although slower and requiring waiting, he wouldn’t risk any mishaps on the last stretch of his journey.

“Flower cakes, freshly scented flower cakes!”

“Rootless fruits, dewy rootless fruits, freshly picked at dawn today!”

“…”

Just exiting from the VIP transmission room and not yet out of the Pansai City Transmission Bureau hall,

Colin first felt a wave of warmth, and then the lively cries of vendors reached his ears.
