Chapter 663: Chapter 415 Sorrow

“For mbers of the Supre Council,” ditation thods are the least of their concerns.”

Nois left the High Sky Council Hall with Colin, returning to the depths of the eting hall in Neustadt City.

While he was having a copy of the Tin Saint ditation thod crystal imprinted, he continued to introduce Colin to the benefits of becoming a Councilman:

“As a Supre Council mber of Neustadt City, strictly speaking, aside from the ditation thods of the Nine Major Schools which can’t be directly perused, you can directly access the ditation thods of other schools with your badge. If you want an imprinted copy of the crystal, you need to apply in advance.”

“Of course, you’ll need to be a Fourth Rank Wizard before you can view content above the Fourth Rank.”

“If you want to view the ditation thods of the Nine Major Schools, it’s also very simple; just choose one and join.”

“As for the ditation thods of schools within other cities of wonders, it is mostly the sa; aside from the very top few schools, content of the Fourth Rank and below can be viewed freely. It’s just that applying across cities can be a bit of a hassle.”

Colin nodded. Although he had anticipated the benefits he would receive after becoming a Councilman, this supre treatnt still moved him.

From now on, he would likely never have to worry about ditation thods again!

“Here you go.”

At that mont, Nois finally finished imprinting the Tin Saint ditation thod and handed it to Colin.

“Both the Third Rank and Fourth Rank content are in there. Rember to keep it safe and do not disclose it.”

“Understood,” Colin replied, taking the crystal.

“Stay in Neustadt for the next few days. The badge conferral ceremony will take place within a week at most.”

“Alright.”

Nois watched Colin’s figure gradually recede and then turned and walked toward a room deep inside the hall.

He was going to inform the other Great Counciln about the new Councilman, and also discuss matters related to Colin’s badge conferral ceremony.

Of course… he also had to deal with those highly influential elders in the Family.

Thinking of this, a trace of annoyance crossed Nois’s brow, but the prevailing feeling was still joy.

Introducing new talent into the Council was like infusing new life into stagnant water.

What it would bring, Nois did not know, but it was certainly better than stagnation.

Through the Communication Ring Tower, Nois sent out word that Colin had passed the Supre Councilman’s review to beco a Councilman.

A Second Rank Advanced Wizard becoming a Councilman was already quite rare.

Not to ntion Nois had used the Nois Family’s once-in-a-century independent nomination right!

Such news was like a pebble thrown into a pond, creating ripples among the upper echelons of Wizards.

It didn’t take long for so to co looking, with great indignation.

“Nois, how could you use the Family’s once-in-a-century independent nomination right on an outsider?!”

Three people ca, all of them elders of the Tate Family. The leader was the respected Nickler, flanked by Wagner and Bert.

“Nickler, Wagner, Bert… good afternoon,” Nois greeted them with a faint smile.

“Good afternoon.” Although raging inside, Nickler, considering himself a mber of a Pureblood Family, couldn’t discard etiquette and led with a cool greeting.

But he imdiately followed up with a question:

“Nois, why did you use the Family’s once-in-a-century independent nomination right on a Half-blood Wizard? It is a waste!”

Every two hundred years, the Tate Family would change its Clan Leader, with the most outstanding family mber over that period assuming the role.

And that mber would also be granted a new na—Neustadt.

Unlike the Clan Leader, elders remain elders until death.

Among the three elders in front of him, Nickler had been an elder even before the previous Nois’s ti and a Supre Council mber as well.

Hundreds of years had passed, and Nickler’s influence within the Tate Family was substantial. Often, Nois had to consider his opinions when making decisions.

But Nois simply smiled and, instead of answering, asked:

“Elder Nickler, what do you call ?”

“Nois…” Nickler paused, responding instinctively.

“That’s right, I am Nois—” Nois’s smile faded, “the Clan Leader of the Tate Family. Am I to seek your approval to use the independent nomination right?”

A powerful aura washed over Nickler and the others like a tide, their faces turning pale.

After all, any Wizard worthy of the title Nois would be the strongest in the Tate Family over two hundred years.

Even if the elders present were generally much older than Nois, in terms of strength, they might not surpass him!

“The independent nomination right belongs to the entire Family; at the very least, you should have discussed it with us.”

Seeing Nois’s firm stance and the lack of respect shown to him, Nickler was seething inside but adopted a gentler facade.

“The Supre Council mber has already approved. Now, only a formal badge conferral ceremony is pending; there’s no possibility of change,” Nois said indifferently.

This was also why he had used the independent nomination right without hesitation.

Only by keeping it secretive and having Colin face the Supre Councilman’s review directly, could he ensure with absolute certainty that Colin would beco a mber of the Supre Council.

Any other thod could lead to unnecessary complications.

Faced with the unfazed Nois, Nickler’s mind raced, but he eventually replied with a smile:
