"Oh! The witchcraft spell is back!"

"Tag, and you are frozen!"

"Co on, Yuki! Show us more of your magic!"

While all the Tsunemori players were celebrating with each other, their opponent players approached Tachibana imdiately, looking at the opposite hitter with a concerned gaze. Since Yuki's service trick had already been spread around all the high schools in Tokyo, they didn't need to guess what happened earlier. However, this was the first ti they witnessed it with their own eyes, so they were worried that this would affect Tachibana's ntal state.

"Don't worry, I am okay. I just forget that this trick exists" Tachibana raised one hand, confirming that everything was still under control. "Ayane, don't move until you see it clearly that I get the ball. Even though the next offense would be a few seconds late, it would be better compared to letting the ball falls so easily like this." Ayane just nodded shortly, knowing that this was for the sake of the team.

Honestly, they all couldn't bla Tachibana for failing to receive the last attack. After all, they themselves kinda forgot that such a trick existed. That was because Yuki didn't do it as often as during the Inter-high tournant, so the trick started to get drowned into the bottom of people's mory.

Now that Yuki refreshed everyone's mory about this trick, his opponent would be wary of it coming to their side, so they would guard it tighter to not let the ball slip so easily.

However, that didn't an Yuki would stop causing terror for the opponent. In the next few minutes, Yuki turned into the biggest nace on the court, sending the ball everywhere with so many variations in it. From a simple floater, a quick trick serve, a powerful one, a sidespin serve, even to the point of an ordinary serve to a spot where it was impossible to reach without his insanely accurate aim, he had already utilized all the weapons in his arsenal. To make it worse, it took Arisawa Junya five serves in a row before he called a tiout, which seed to be a bit too late as Yuki had already grasped the montum for Tsunemori High.

"GOOD JOB, YUKI!"

"That is what we are waiting for!"

"The best server in Japan right now! Yuki Kobayashi, Everybody!"

As he sat on the bench, still basking in the praises from the crowd while being offered a cold drink by gumi, Yuki felt like he was so sort of oil conglorate from the Middle East. Unfortunately, there was no cigarette here, or everything would be complete.

The other Tsunemori players just looked at him in envy. If anything, they also wanted to receive the sa treatnt. However, they couldn't help it. Yuki's skill set was too unique and too useful for the team to put him in a special spot.

In the end, Riku had enough and slapped the back of Yuki's head to wake his friend up from his arrogance. "Knock it out, will you?!"

"Ouch! What the hell?!" Yuki turned around and glared at his friend playfully. "What is your problem?"

In return, Riku just rolled his eyes in exasperation. "I cannot believe it is who said it and not you, but your arrogance leaks, and it stinks. Kato-chan would be disgusted by your behavior right now."

Riku's words triggered another round of glares from the other Tsunemori players as they realized that out of all of them, Yuki was the only one who had a girlfriend here. gumi just giggled cutely, finding it funny how her sister's boyfriend squird under everyone's glare like this. As for Akira, he just shook his head in exasperation, yet happy that the team could bounce back after the tough defeat in the first set.

"Okay, let's focus back to the ga." He clapped his hand loudly, gaining everyone's attention. "The ga is still pretty early, and we don't want to repeat the failure last set, right? Let's try to gain as much advantage as we could have and tie the ga first!"

"Yes, Sir!"

After discussing so trivial matters for a while, the referee finally blew the whistle, asking for the players from both teams to co back to the court. Just like before, Yuki went straight to the service line to do his job. However, to his surprise, the frustration that was the common sight on the opponent's side before the tiout disappeared, replaced by the confidence he didn't know where it ca from.

'Do they figure out sothing about my serve?' A question popped inside his head.

Still, that didn't matter a lot. His strength lay in his vast arsenal and the ability to think out of the box, after all, so no matter how they would handle the serve next, he could just adjust it in the next turn accordingly.

Well, it seed he overthought this, since his first serve fell on the joint area between Yusuke and Tachibana perfectly. It was a pretty powerful serve straight after the referee blew the whistle, so the two Kikugawa players were caught off guard. This let the team gained one more point, widening the gap to 7 – 0 for Tsunemori High.

"Damn, we slaughter them this set!"

"Co on, Yuki! You have already done six in a row last set! Make it seven!"

"Kill them all!"

At this point, Yuki was pretty much unbothered by the crowd behind him. He didn't feel too excited when he was on fire, and he also didn't feel too down when things didn't go as how he wanted.

He took a deep breath, waiting for the referee to blow the whistle. Not like the usual, he didn't toss the ball imdiately after hearing the whistle was blown, waiting for a few seconds to give the opponent a sense of anticipation before tossing it in the air, hitting the ball with a little twist in it.

"Shit! Another sidespin!"

"I got this! Move!"

Yuki was surprised when he saw Yusuke pick up the ball with ease. The serve didn't even break Kikugawa High's formation, only forcing their defensive specialist to get out of position for about three steps. However, Kikugawa High didn't just stop like that. No, Ayane – the team's setter picked up the ball quickly, and without any hint of hesitation, he tossed it far to the left side where Kaito was there.

"HA! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS MONT! NICE PASS, AYANE-SENPAI!"

Of course, Hirano would never leave the opponent's most dangerous player alone just like that. He also jumped at the sa ti, extending both hands in the air to stop the attempt. However, to Hirano's surprise, even though he jumped the latter, Kaito lasted longer in the air, and he even went down quicker than the boy on the other side of the net.

Seeing that Hirano losing the montum first, Kaito couldn't help but smirk, and right when he saw that the timing was right, he swung his arms like a whip, hitting the ball with all he had inside the body. As a result…
