Ti quickly passed by and the Rabbit Moon festival has arrived.
The streets were crowded with people wearing vibrant clothes to celebrate the auspicious day. The Rabbit Moon festival was one big festival that was held for three days and three nights. People would hang lanterns and walk by the parks and streets to welco the new season. Outside of the Lin residence, four horse-drawn carriages were parked and one could see that the carriages all carry the insignia of a white tiger of the Lin family. People couldn't help but look over and envy the lavish lives that the mbers of the family had to experience. However, they couldn't complain about it since they also knew that the reason why they were living in that kind of lifestyle was because of Lin Xiaong's military achievents.
As more people gathered to watch the carriages and hoping to see the mbers of the Lin family, the Second Madam and First Madam of the Lin family ca out of the entrance. They wore their best dresses made up of high-quality fabrics and behind them were their children.

After seeing the younger mbers of the family, the crowd almost whistled in excitent and admiration at the beautiful scene before them. It was as if they were looking at a painting that was filled with beautiful people.
However, that painting was instantly caught flas as their eyes widened at the last person who ca out of the Lin residence front gate.

Wearing a black dress in front of the emperor and on the day of a festival was definitely a no-go. It would be an insult to the royal family and the tradition of celebrating the festival while wearing vibrant or any other dresses for as long as it wasn't black.
