Naomi’s mouth continued whining, and no matter how hard Tanaka tried to stop her, there was nothing he could do. It’s a good thing that Ruffy had decided to intervene. Since there were so many of them, Ashley happily agreed to let them leave and go back to the resort first and wait for the news. Fely, Arnold, and Arnel did not hesitate because they also did not want to be around Naomi.

Harumi bowed and paid her respects back to Tanaka. "Hello, Mr. Jones. Thank you very much, as for your grandmother, I am sure your grandmother will be happy to see you. You can sit down while you wait." Harumi invited him to sit down while waiting.
Tanaka replied, "Please, no need for the formalities, call Tanaka," and instead of sitting down, he decided to chat with Ashley.
Ashley was surprised by Tanaka’s actions. She didn’t answer and was speechless. Until today, she had no idea Tanaga’s twin was even alive. Ashley looked at butler Ruffy as her eyes pleaded for advice. Instead of answering, he just nodded slightly as an answer.

Naomi was going to say sothing, but Tanaga gave her a look that could kill. She shut her mouth and acted that she doesn’t care.
"Should we go for a quick tour of the hospital and we can chat along the way." Tanaka offered as he began strolling towards the threshold of the door.
When Tanaka and Ashley ca out to talk away from Naomi, Butler Ruffy decided to go down to the cafeteria to buy a drink. Therefore, the only ones left in the room were Harumi and Naomi.
As soon as Tanaka, Ashley, and Ruffy left, Naomi spoke haughtily to Harumi." Get up and take to the ICU. I want to see my good mother, dear, that’s about to go under." She then got up without waiting for Harumi’s reply and walked out the door.
"^...^" Harumi as she got up and followed the witch.

anwhile, in the ICU where grandma Hanada was taken, and her condition was being monitored, there was a sudden commotion because the machines attached to it started making a sudden noise.
