Butler Ruffy went to the hospital’s nursery room and was about to go back to the operating room so that no one could notice him leaving.
He was astounded when he saw Grandma Hanada on a stretcher coming out from the VIP waiting room.
He approached it to know what happened. Harumi was panicking and crying, and she was a tad relieved when she saw butler Ruffy.
The Gusman family with Inday, Tiny, and Ashley’s two bodyguards were startled when they notice that Grandma Hanada was the one on the stretcher and was quickly brought in another operating room next to Ashley’s. They looked at each other, speechless.
The stretcher dissipated from their sight when it was taken inside the operating room. Mr. and Mrs. Gusman approaches Harumi and Butler Ruffy with curiosity.
"What happened?" Asked Mr. Gusman, he was worried while frowning.
Harumi was still sobbing when she replied. "I also have no idea what happened. I was outside of the VIP waiting room. Because the Chairwoman said, she wanted to rest. Suddenly, I was just shocked when she scread, asking for help." Harumi lies on the part that the Chairwoman wished to rest.
Mrs. Gusman ushered Harumi to sit down before sitting down beside her as she holds Harumi’s hand for comfort.
Tiny, Inday, Arnold, and Arnel approached Butler Ruffy and Mr. Gusman to determine what had happened?
Since Butler Ruffy also has no idea, he just kept quiet and didn’t say anything.
Tiny suddenly thought of Tanaga, and he excused himself. He told them that he needed to go to the restroom. He quickly looks for a secluded area where no one could eavesdrop and imdiately contacted Tanaga.
However, since Tanaga threw his phone on the floor, he didn’t hear or saw that soone was calling. He was in deep slumber, he doesn’t care what’s happening in his surroundings.
After several attempts with no success, Tiny has no choice but to return to the waiting room where everyone quietly waiting for results.
He approached Butler Ruffy and whispered. "Uncle, I’m going to step out for a minute. I need to go and check on sir Jones. I tried several tis to contact him, and he didn’t pick-up. I’m afraid he’s asleep.
"He needs to know that sothing happened to the Chairwoman. I’m sure Harumi can’t contact him as well." Said Tiny with a somber-looking face.
Butler Ruffy only nodded as an agreent.
Tiny bid goodbye to Mr. and Mrs. Gusman, he inford them that he had so matters to attend to.

Not long after Tiny left, Ashley’s doctor ca out of the operating room. Her face looks like a disaster. She sighs deeply before removing her mask in her face. Waited for everyone to approach her before speaking.
"Congratulations! The babies safely joined us in this beautiful world we live in. However, there has been a complication, and we need to do a blood transfusion to Mrs. Jones.
"She’s still out due to the anesthesia. However, we are preparing her move to the ICU so we could monitor her for 24 hours. Once we are sure that she’s safe, we will then transfer her to her room, and you all could visit her later.
"If you want to see the babies, just go to the nursery room. Once again, congratulations!" The doctor said, then leave.
Arnel is quick-witted, and he was attentively listening to what the doctor was saying. A thought occurs, and his eyes widened. He carefully disseminated what the doctor just told them...
"Could it be? Naah, as far as I know, we don’t have that kind of genes, I don’t think so." He mumbles to himself as he headed towards the nursery while everyone was busy talking.
When he arrived at the nursery room, he looked at all the nas on each of the babies’ card that was posted on the cribs.
Luckily, there are only Six babies in total. Therefore, it was easy for him to read all the na tags one by one.
Baby #1 girl: [Wagner]
Baby #2 boy: [Johansen]
Baby #3 girl: [Andrada]
Baby #4 girl: [Evans]
Baby #5 boy: [Jones]
Arnel smiled when he saw the fifth nad Jones. His eyes widened in shock when he saw the na of the sixth one and suddenly scratched his head and thought.
Baby #6 boy: [Jones]
"Who is Ashley’s baby between the two?" He mumbles to himself.
He didn’t notice that his family, including Inday, are all behind him already. Tiny and butler Ruffy was not there, but no one realizes it.
They all look at the babies, and just like what Arnel did, they look at each na. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-- when it reached the fifth, they all applauded.
"Oh, my God! He’s so cute. He has the features of ma’am and sir. Hahaha!" Inday said while crying in joy.
"Really? Do you clearly see the resemblance of Ashley and Tanaga and him? Inday, I’m impressed by your vision it’s 20-20. Hahaha!" Arnold banters while his face glued on the glass wall.
Mr. and Mrs. Gusman both have tears of joy while looking at their grandson. They didn’t notice that Arnel is speechless and spacing out. He keeps on pulling the sleeves of his parents.
"Dad, Mom! Father, Mother! Listen to !!!!" Arnel pleading in a frenzy while he kept on trying to get the attention of his parents.
"What!? You know that we’re busy looking, wait!" Mother Fely said while she waved to her grandson. "Helloo, I’m your grandma! How cute! My grandson is so cute!"
Mr. Gusman was smiling while holding the shoulder of his wife by his arm and looking at his grandson sleeping.
While the five were so excited to look at the baby, a nurse entered and talked to the microphone.
"Good evening, would you like to get a closer look at the baby?" The nurse said while looking at them.
They all nod in unison, mostly Arnel, because he wants to know his true nephew.
"What is the last na of the baby?" The nurse asked.
They all raise their one hand, indicating the number five.
The nurse saw it, but she decided to go out of the door and ask.
The nurse opened the door, revealing only her head. "Sir, ma’am -- what is the last na of the baby?" She repeated her question.
Once again, they answered in unison. "Jones!"
"Jones? Okay!" Then she cos back inside to go to the two babies with the last na of Jones and push it near the glass window so that they can look at it closely.
They all were shocked when two Jones got close to the window. Father Jessie was the first one to talk.
"What is the aning of this? Why is it, two kids?" Then he looked at the two kids. It looks... Identical.
"Oh, God! Ashley gave birth to twins!" Father Jessie scread while eyes widened and smiling from ear to ear. "Hahaha! Hahaha! I have twin grandsons!"
