Upon seeing Qiao Ruoxin, Jian Chen was shocked, unable to recover for a long ti.

“Sister Qiao?”

She walked to the bedside, revealing a sweet smile.

“Brother Jian Chen, that female secretary is your person, right?”

“Sister Qiao, you have really disappointed your brother. After all Mo Chen has done to you, you still think about getting back together with him?”

Ruoxin sat in the chair, looking poised. “Brother Jian Chen, I have a secret to tell you.”

“What secret? You’ve had a crush on your brother for many years?”

She shook her head. “You’ve directed your vendetta at the wrong person.”

The smile on Jian Chen’s face instantly turned into surprise. “What did you say?”

“That video that made you infamous throughout the internet, it was actually fild by .” Her delicate index finger pointed to herself, her lips curving into an elegant smile.

Instantly, Jian Chen’s face turned pale.

Ruoxin continued, “You’d better release his brother soon, or before long, you’ll be infamous throughout the internet again, and you’ll even end up in jail.”

“You… What do you want to do?”

She had already stood up, smiling faintly. “Don’t believe ? Just try and see.”

Her smile was clean and innocent, yet it sent chills down Jian Chen’s spine.

Outside the ward.

Exactly five minutes later, the door opened.

Qiao Ruoxin ca out and imdiately saw Mo Chen looking sowhat sickly.

Her heart ached.

“Brother Mo Chen, what’s wrong with you?”

When Mo Chen saw her co out, his deeply furrowed brows gradually smoothed out, and he said faintly, “It’s nothing.”

He deliberately suppressed the discomfort on his handso face.

The next second!

The tall body of the man fell backward heavily, hitting the ground with a dull thud, falling into a coma.

Ruoxin’s eyes widened in an instant, and tears welled up.

In that mont, her heart seed to skip a beat, the pain suffocating her.

Back in the ward.

Mo Chen was in a feverish coma.

“Doctor, why is he like this?”

“Mr. Mo’s physical examination results are all normal. He’s experiencing a physiological fever, which is due to ntal stress. Could he be suffering from so kind of psychological trauma?”

Psychological trauma…

Those words silenced Ruoxin.

After the doctor left, Ruoxin sat on the chair, watching the man in a coma.

His face was pale, his eyebrows tightly furrowed, as if he was emotionally out of control even in his dreams.

“Brother Mo Chen, what exactly is your demon?”

She really wanted to know, but Mo Chen would always brush her off, claiming he had forgotten.

Suddenly, the man began to talk in his sleep, his voice low and weak but filled with rage.

“Delete it! Delete the video!”

“Did you hear ! Delete the fucking video!”

Ruoxin frowned, listening to his dream talk, her conviction deepening.

Mo Chen’s demon was this so-called video.

But what exactly was this video???

As evening approached, Mo Chen woke up, his gaze imdiately eting Ruoxin, who had fallen asleep resting her head on her hand.

The man reached out to touch her hair, which was warm and romantic to the touch.

Ruoxin, groggy, opened her eyes and upon seeing him awake, brightened.

“Brother Mo Chen, you’re awake!”

“Hmm.”

“I’ll get you a glass of water.”

She got up to fetch him a cup of warm water, then helped him sit up and handed him the glass.

Mo Chen took only a shallow sip before setting it aside.

“How long did I sleep?”

“Six hours.”

His voice was low and hoarse, “I fainted again?”

Again?

That word was heartrending.

Ruoxin nodded.

His complexion looked even worse.

Actually, the last thing he wanted was for Ruoxin to see him in such a sorry state.
