Chapter 231: Chapter Two Hundred Thirty

Vesper Johnson’s voice ca through, laced with anger.

The principal reacted quickly and scolded, “Vesper Johnson! Shut up!”

Vesper sensed sothing was off and glanced around the room.

She noticed that the people sitting on the sofa didn’t look too friendly.

Ivy River’s expression was extrely cold. She took a sip of water and said in an icy tone, “Teacher Johnson, we are Cora Grayson’s parents.”

Vesper imdiately understood the purpose of their visit.

She instinctively looked at the principal.

The principal, no longer patient, asked, “Teacher Johnson, tell us how you handled the student fight yesterday?”

Vesper stamred, “Well, it was yesterday during recess when Cora Grayson and Eamon King were horsing around continuously. When I saw it, I separated them and then resud class.”

Madeline Woods, frustrated by her evasive reply, retorted, “You make it sound so simple. Was that really resolving the conflict? You were just aiding and abetting bullying!”

Vesper imdiately countered, “It’s normal for students to horse around. If you parents are so worried, why send your kids to school? Keep them at ho as little princesses then!”

“Did you even try to understand the situation? You clearly saw Ann being pinched by Eamon King and did nothing to stop it! You stood there watching coldly for five minutes until the bell rang and then separated them!”

Madeline’s anger was palpable as she vented.

Vesper, not realizing they had seen the surveillance, dismissively replied, “What evidence do you have to prove all this?”

The principal could no longer hold back. “Vesper Johnson, shut up! Apologize to Cora Grayson’s parents right now and later to Ann. Tomorrow, pack your things and leave. My school does not welco morally corrupt teachers like you!”

Vesper was stunned.

Her eyes filled with shock, as if she couldn’t believe what the principal had said.

Seeing no response, the principal barked, “Didn’t you hear !”

Ivy River held back Madeline, signaling with her eyes to enjoy the show.

Vesper bit her lip, confused and said, “Why? What did I do wrong?”

The principal, unable to hide his disappointnt, said, “What did you do? Why didn’t you resolve the student fight yesterday? Why did you watch indifferently?”

“Isn’t it normal for kids to horse around?”

“Was that horsing around? Really? Did you think I didn’t watch the surveillance? Eamon King almost choked Cora Grayson, and you just stood there, not even saying a harsh word!”

Vesper indifferently responded, “How was I supposed to know it was that serious? Recess is also my break ti. I was feeling unwell yesterday, and I helped by covering a class and ended up being blad.”

The principal was infuriated by her attitude. “Pack your things and leave imdiately! We’re too lenient with you!”

“Uncle! If you do this, my aunt won’t let you off!” Vesper was very angry and spoke without thinking.

Hearing the relationship revealed.

The principal instinctively looked at Ivy River but saw her calm expression.

Unfazed, in contrast, Madeline’s mouth dropped open upon hearing this.

He said to Vesper, “This is the school, do not use personal connections. I regret letting you join the school!”

Vesper’s voice grew louder, “I’m calling my aunt right now! You’re too much. Were those kids injured? Anyone dead? Hospitalized? Why do this!”

The principal desperately tried to shut her up, “You shut up! Not another word!”

“Why shouldn’t I speak out? Are these two contributing anything to the school? Funding or connections that make you treat relatives this way? Really snobbish, huh? Just wait for my aunt to co after you.”

Vesper ignored the principal’s signals for silence.

After swearing herself out, she sat on the sofa and continued pointing at the principal, cursing, “Being principal has gone to your head. You weren’t like this when you were the director of academic affairs. You’ve changed, Dorian King!”

The principal harbored trendous anger but couldn’t fully express it.

Ivy decided it was enough and spoke indifferently, “Vesper Johnson, this issue is not connected to the principal. Your dismissal is my decision.”

“What?!” Vesper’s voice rose sharply. “What did you say?”

Ivy found the noise irritating, “Can you lower your voice? We all know you have a loud voice, but there’s no need to shout.”

Vesper was extrely angry, “Who do you think you are to have the authority to fire ?”

“Because you are unfit to be a teacher. Apologize now, or I’ll make sure the whole school knows about your misconduct.”

Ivy’s voice was calm but unyielding.

The principal quickly interjected, “Emmy’s mom, I will handle this. Please give so ti to talk to her privately.”

Ivy nodded, “Sure, I don’t like to push people to the brink either.”

The principal forcibly dragged Vesper into a small eting room.

Thinking to himself, you really don’t like pushing people to the brink.

But you sure like solving problems with an answer in hand.

If sothing doesn’t et your expectations, you take action…

Once inside, Vesper yelled at the principal, very agitated.

It seed the talk didn’t go well.

Vesper stord out, crying, and pointed at Ivy, cursing, “You bitch! You’re the reason I’m losing my job, how heartless!”

“Your child is precious, but my job doesn’t matter? Kids fight, so why send them to school if they’re so precious? Disgusting! Trash! Go die!”

“And it’s just because your ex-husband is Edwin Blake that you can be so arrogant, using his na while he’s not around. Aren’t you afraid of retribution…”

Ivy sat on the sofa, listening to her rant until she finally said, “Are you done?”

Vesper was stunned.

Ivy looked aningfully at the principal and said coldly, “Principal, I recorded everything just now. If you can’t handle this, then I’m sorry, I will handle it myself.”

The principal was about to speak but was interrupted by Ivy, “And young lady, whatever my relationship with Edwin Blake is, it has nothing to do with you. If I use his na, it’s because I can, can you?”

With that said.

Rose Johnson’s face burned as if she had been slapped endlessly.

She bit her lip in grievance.

No matter how much she argued with the principal earlier, she hadn’t cried.

Now, with just a few words from Ivy, she was reduced to tears. “Why do you talk to like this?”

Ivy answered calmly, “Because you are unfit to be a teacher. Lacking in morals, unqualified. You don’t deserve a top salary and resources at this kindergarten only to impart substandard knowledge to your students.”

“You!”

Vesper was beyond furious.

The next mont.

The principal’s phone rang, and sure enough.

It was his wife…

Vesper grabbed the phone and answered, “Aunt, it’s . Uncle is being unreasonable! You have no idea…”

“Apologize, Vesper. I’m telling you again, apologize to Miss River!”

The voice on the other end cut her off, the anger clear even through the phone for everyone to hear.
