Chapter 47: Chapter 47: FAN ETING 3

[You won’t die!]

[We are always with you!]

[She is pulling the death card again. How can she be shaless?]

"So, for supporting

and suggesting to et up like this, I am very grateful. Thank you very much and I hope that your love will never diminish. And above all, in whatever you do daily, always take care of yourself."

"Your life is very special and no matter how hard it can be at tis, always rember the surrounding people who love you. Even if you don’t want to live for yourself, at least rember those around you."

"Don’t give up before you explore every solution or possibility out there. Persevere until the very end, at least then you will live and die without any regrets. At least I tried and gave my best instead of giving up. That will be sothing that one can even be proud of even on their deathbeds!" with a faint smile she said solemnly.

Zara knew pretty well that what she was saying was a bit too grave but what else could be done? She didn’t want these people to lose hope in the future when they ca across a situation that they couldn’t solve.

For example, if she had given up and taken her life instead of grasping onto it till the very last mont as she did, would she have known that there was actually a way to save her life in the first place?

If she had cursed the world, the deities and the heavens and decided to spite them while disregarding the effort that her family put to keep her alive these years, what would have happened to her?

Being delusional at tis can be pretty good, but it wasn’t a good thing to always remain in that state. People should be happy, and enjoy their lives to the fullest but with everything that a person does, one should also rember that reality is harsh.

It’s different from what they show people in movies, dramas or read in novels. Its cruelty knows no bounds. And if she was unfortunate to have been born into a poor family, she didn’t even want to think what would have happened to her already.

"I know that so of you are complaining and grumbling about why I would start the etup on such a sad note, but honestly, I didn’t want to end it with sothing that upsetting as well. We might as well just get this out so that we will spend the next few hours being happy. Don’t you think so?" she smiled faintly as she scanned the quiet crowd.

"We do!" it wasn’t clear who started it, but suddenly the fans gathered and began to chant.

Hearing them being invigorated, Zara was relieved.

"I will conclude this by saying once again that thank you for giving

hope and making

feel like I belonged. Now it’s ti for

to repay you for your accompanint all these years. And I hope that we will walk together till the very end." With a genuine smile on her face, Zara concluded what she had started.

"Clap. Clap. Clap."

Suddenly the hall erupted with a wave of applause and all she could do was smile tearily. Whether they understood what she was trying to say or not, she just hoped that one or two people in a similar situation like her would find what she had said very helpful.

With the crowd clapping Zara reached for the tumbler on her wheelchair and pulled it out from the cup handler.

The tumbler was pink but not transparent so no one could see what was inside.

Zara pulled the straw from the lid and drew whatever was in there, in two sips before smacking her lips in satisfaction. She placed the tumbler back and concentrated on the crowd again.

Ava seeing Zara’s childish actions, couldn’t help but facepalm.

What was she doing with so many people watching?

In her eyes, Zara looked as if she wasn’t addressing a lot of people at all. She didn’t seem to care about etiquette or keeping face. In front of everyone, Zara seed to be just acting by instinct and doing whatever she wanted.

"Clap. Clap!" Zara clapped her hands twice to attract the attention of the fans who seed to be in their own world.

After hearing her clapping everyone quieted once again and looked at Zara wondering if she was about to give another speech again.

"We don’t have much ti to waste and I am not allowed to spend the whole day here. I need to rest well otherwise my family will not allow

to go out next ti!" she playfully said as she winked at no one in particular.

[Haha, I bet that they will go and pick her up!]

[I doubt they will. What if she doesn’t finish sewing for them?]

[Haha, it must be very hard on them.]

[...]

[...]

"Our schedule will be like this ..... I hope that everyone will participate freely and no incidents will happen!" she said with a light bow before looking back at the crowd.

"Don’t worry goddess. We are well-behaved."

"We still want to have more et-ups, so we won’t sabotage it!"

The fans were definitely one of a kind and hearing them saying all that, she couldn’t help but beco speechless.

According to the schedule that Zara had co up with, after making her speech, which would be the longest, what would follow soon after would be interactive sessions.

And that’s exactly what started happening as soon as she was done.

For this day, Zara had prepared in advance so gifts for the fans. Every fan would receive a gift bag and signed photocards which were done in a hurry just like the gifts they would be given.

And since the interactive sessions would major the gift-giving mont, Zara decided to do everything at once.

The fans were instructed to queue up and co to the front where they would get their gift bags, get the signed photocard and take a selfie or group photo with Zara.

Ti was ticking, so everyone was arranged in an orderly manner and one by one, they all started going to the front.

"Goddess, thank you!"

"If it wasn’t for you, it would have been pretty bad for us back then."

Whenever the people that Zara had directly or indirectly helped faced her, they would always thank her and so of them gave her gifts.

Zara didn’t reject them, after all, they had prepared the gifts ticulously and she didn’t want to look as if she was despising them.

Besides receiving gifts felt really good.
