Chapter 128: Chapter 128: A STRANGE DREAM

Zara took a deep breath for the umpteenth ti that day.

Browsing online as she looked at any information related to dreams and nightmares, she couldn’t find anything pretty useful to explain what was going on with her.

What irritated her the most was how she couldn’t find anything about this certain goddess she saw in her dreams. Among all the deities that were written in the religious books, there was not even a ntion of such a goddess. And yet she recalled how Amir seed to be very fond of such a goddess.

Did she dream of the goddess just because of Amir’s story or the clothes he gifted her?

She was a bit conflicted and confused, and it was driving her crazy. How could the girl in the dream have the sa na as her?

Even the anings of both her nas, be it Phoebe or Zahrah, all resonated with the aning her parents chose for her na.

A certain crazy feeling in her made her think that the person in the dream had sothing to do with her. And yet the other realistic part of her brain was saying otherwise.

After searching for a while and not finding anything useful, at least sothing that could make her surely certain, Zara decided to not stress herself.

What if she ends up sleeping connected to the machines just because her BP spiked up because of thinking too much?

As a result, Zara, whose head was pounding, decided to take another nap. Fortunately, this ti, she didn’t have any strange dreams. However, what she didn’t know or see was how a strange green light suddenly covered her as she slept before disappearing as if it wasn’t there in the first place.

That was just one of the small episodes which happened at the villa and it was shortly forgotten. After all, who doesn’t have nightmares or strange dreams once in a while?

With her life back on track, Zara, who had gotten rich in such a short span, didn’t know how to spend that amount of money. However, one thing that the dream taught her was that as a person, she needed to do good deeds.

After hearing the aning of Zahrah’s na from that goddess, Zara knew what she wanted to beco. She didn’t know if she had already been like that in people’s eyes, but for the first ti in her life, she wanted to be the kind of person who spread positivity and light and made others blossom.

What she didn’t lack was money, and nowadays, money could make people go wild. Instead of hoarding it and spending it unnecessarily, wouldn’t it be better for her to use it wisely?

Although she had been doing a lot of charities in the past decade, it was a bit different now. She wanted to do it in person, participate and contribute as much as she could. At the sa ti, never forgets that if it weren’t for her lanting about how she couldn’t be filial to her family, she wouldn’t have gotten such a chance.

In other words, she wanted to be a good person in society and do as much as she could to be filial to her family.

Although much couldn’t be done at the mont, since the effort was mostly placed on regaining her health, there were several other things which could be done, even if it would be just little. She just needed to find what she could do as she waited until she had enough strength to start her cooking lessons.

Knowing the golden book, as long as she retrieved the next item, she would beco healthier again and maybe this ti, her bones will have enough strength to do more vigorous activities.

With that thought in mind, Zara began to look forward to the future.

However, before doing that, there were so important things that she needed to do.

With less than three weeks before she could go to Athary, Zara, who had not enjoyed herself much in Kuville for fifteen years, decided that it was ti for her to have so fun before she started being serious.

Although there was so much that she felt like doing, she also understood that rewarding herself was essential. During her trip to Lingren village, she didn’t see much as she was in a hurry to go and retrieve the ring and on her way back, she just wanted to see her family.

Now, however, she was free and felt like touring the city. The mories of the city where she grew up were faint and needed to be boosted. So later that night, she inford her family about her decision to go and check at least one mall and a round of debate ensued.

It was only after her grandparents intervened that she was allowed to go. However, a group of dedicated bodyguards were assigned to her, leaving her no room for any negotiations.

As she went to bed that night, she smiled sheepishly, happy that she was still going out. Who cared honestly about being too guarded? As long as she got what she wanted, then she was fine with everything else.

That night, she had another strange dream. It continued from where it had stopped last ti. Phoebe, now Zahrah, passed the test and beca a chosen one.

Phoebe and her friend both got selected, and their lives were changed forever.

Zara watched as Zahrah underwent a series of lessons, which made her heart ache the more she watched it. However, the more she saw, the more she understood how dedicated other people were.

Zahrah studied for decades, her appearance barely changing. After being closed doors for five decades, Zahrah finally graduated and received the utmost gift of the goddess, the ability to heal the masses.

From there going forward, Zahrah surely beca the beacon of the deity. She spread love and light and gave other people hope. With a slight touch from her, a dying person could be saved. By just drinking the water she had blessed, all sorts of calamities would be dealt with.

That was the first ti the deity ever blessed soone like that. Zahrah made the deity very popular, and she beca an icon to everyone, unattainable and made other people, or rather certain deity followers, feel threatened.

Whoever has the ball gets marked. And the tallest tree always gets struck by lightning. And that beca the case for Zahrah.

Zara didn’t know what happened as the dream seed to have gone under a ti skip and simply showed her as Zahrah bled as she lay on the ground, a mocking smile on her face, and eyes filled with shock and regret.

As she bled to death, Zara noticed that Zahrah seed to be looking at soone and the way she was looking at that person looked familiar.

Was the saintess in love and perhaps got betrayed?

That was the question Zara asked herself, infuriated after waking up the next day.

What was wrong with the deity of dreams? If he or she wanted to tell her sothing, then give it to her in full rather than serial?

That was why she hated watching these daily dramas. How could she be patient to wait for years to finish one drama?

Damn just thinking about how Zahrah died and without her understanding why she had to die and how it was even possible for her to die. After all, wasn’t she the mouthpiece of the goddess of health?

Where was the goddess when she was dying?

Zara was pissed off completely.

Fortunately, the reminder of the trip later that day managed to soothe her pain away.

She still had other things to look forward to than concentrating on a dream, after all.
