The Elders of the Cabinet had never really regarded Vice-President Tang as a worthy opponent.

Elder Chen and his disciple had been rescued. Elder Nie and the other two traitors have already been caught, and they’re now waiting for their trial. This was the best thing that had ever happened.
And it was all thanks to Yao Tang.
He really made the right choice in making her their disciple.
Elder Wang stood on the other end. His eyebrows were furrowed. As he was glancing at the people around him, he still couldn’t understand one thing.
Zhang Yi!
He had been saved.
But how were they able to know Zhang Yi’s location and even manage to save him this ti?
“Liu Wang, were you the one who rescued Zhang Yi?”
Elder Wang pursed his lips. “How were you able to locate him?”
When Liu Wang saw that the most dignified elder had co to talk to him, he froze on his feet. His heart skipped a beat, and his hands started to shake. He couldn’t believe that he’d actually talked to him!
“Yes,” he quickly said. “We were able to save him there, there were so many experts, but—”
However, before he could say anything more, the disciple beside him elbowed him, giving him a look. Seeing this, Liu Wang finally reeled back.
“Oh, we’ve received a text ssage informing us of Zhang Yi’s exact location. We decided to look ourselves, but we didn’t expect that we’d actually find him!”
Liu Wang quickly explained. Just the thought of it was enough to keep him going.
Originally, they only had a few people in the Inner Pavilion. They were the ones left to guard their location. However, with this new opportunity…
They just had to take the risk.
That’s why they ahd gone.
When they arrived, they really thought that the person who had sent the ssage was just playing with them. They had thought that this was a trap to lure them in.
They were surprised to see Zhang Yi actually tied up.
In the end, they managed to save him.
“We thought that the ssage was sent by the Elders. That’s why we had to take a look,” Liu Wang said excitedly. “We didn’t expect to really find him there!”
He also didn’t expect that Elder Wang would recognize him like this!
This was great!
After listening to his words, all the elders fell silent. They all shared a look.
If it was really them who had sent the ssage, then it would be fine.
However, the truth was, they weren’t the ones who had sent them. It was impossible for them to find out where Zhang Yi was, and they certainly didn’t know where this information could co from.
Wasn’t this suspicious?

At that ti, the GreenCloud Pavilion could’ve easily tricked them by sending a false ssage to attract the guards out from the posts. They could’ve taken advantage of this situation.
