“If you really are objective, then why won’t you listen to my perspective?”

The young policeman took a deep breath. “Just because these review materials are from International Middle School doesn’t an he could’ve stolen it. There are other possibilities we can explore—”

“Other possibilities?”

Extre distrust flashed across her face and she staggered back, sweeping her gaze over to the policen.

“I originally thought that by calling you over, I’d be able to enforce justice. I didn’t expect to receive such subjective treatnt.”

Yan Wei scowled. “Since that’s the case, I’ll simply report this matter to the principal and let him handle it.”

She didn’t really care what these people were thinking. Instead, she grabbed onto her phone and began to call her principal. If there was soone who’d be of more use to her, it was him.

These other bastards were useless. Before long, the call was connected.

“Hello, Principal, this is Yan Wei.”

“Yan Wei?”

She quickly reminded, “Have you forgotten ? I’m Weiwei, daughter to the Yan Family. I’m sure we’ve seen each other before—”

“Of course!” The principal imdiately recovered from his surprise. “What can I do for you, Miss Yan?”

“Well, I have sothing to report…” She glanced over at Yao Tang and Cheng Yan, before telling the principal everything that had happened. She even added so of her own thoughts on this matter.

......

Her head was tilted high up into the air as she gazed arrogantly at the people around her. Let’s see how they’d address this matter now. As soon as she was finished speaking, she turned on the speaker.

Suddenly, her principal’s voice echoed across the field, “Has the situation been managed?”

“Well—” she was about to say sothing else in response when Cheng Yan grabbed the phone from her hands. “Hey!”

“It’s .”

Yan Wei stood rooted to the floor, unable to react in ti.

Her face turned bright red, and she dug her fingers into her palms. Who the hell did this man think he was?

Not only did he disrespect the heiress of the Yan Family, but he even tried to speak to the principal of International Middle School. He didn’t even introduce himself. Did he think that the principal could recognize him just by the sound of his voice?

What a joke!

However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he continued, “I’ll be using this batch of review materials. You can print a new batch in the future.”

Yan Wei sneered. This was getting ridiculous!

Fine, if she couldn’t teach this hooligan a lesson, perhaps her principal could slap so sense into him.

What she didn’t expect was for the principal to sigh in defeat. “I don’t even know why you’d need this much review materials,” he murmured. “Forget it, fine. Let’s talk more in the future, all right?”

Her eyes widened.

She gazed at Cheng Yan in complete disbelief. She had always known her principal to be blunt and formal. Why did he speak to this man as if they were familiar with one another?

“Thank you.”

Yan Wei felt as if her entire world was being thrown upside down. How could the principal know soone like him?

Moreover, he even agreed to his request!

A huge wave surged over her heart, and there was a trace of fear in her eyes.

Who was this person?

Could it be that he was also powerful?

Yan Wei was montarily stunned. So many possibilities flashed through her mind, but she rejected them one by one. She didn’t even know when the principal had hung up the phone.

If she wasn’t the one who made the call, she wouldn’t have believed that he was talking to the principal himself.

She wasn’t expecting this to happen!

When the policeman heard the conversation, he heaved a sigh of relief. He glanced over at Yan Wei. “Little girl, you shouldn’t make any rash decisions in the future,” he lectured. “Don’t call the police if you aren’t sure about your accusation. Otherwise, you’re only wasting everyone’s ti.”

“I…” She didn’t even get to finish her sentence as he walked back to his police car.

The other policen also upped and left.

Yan Wei stared at the five trucks before her in total disbelief. Her cheeks were bright red as her hands trembled in her sides. Unsure what to do, she turned around to leave.

When Qin Jing saw this, she imdiately stepped forward.

“What? Are you already in a hurry to leave?”
