Yu Jing’s smile widened.
“Here, let show you my report,” he quickly said as he pulled out the report of his latest experint from his briefcase.
Under his calculating gaze, Yao Tang took his report and read through it. Once she was finished, she nodded, shoving it into her backpack. “We should go inside,” she said. “The eting will start soon.”
“Of course!”
Dabbing the cloth over his forehead, the old man sighed in relief and followed after the young woman.

They soon got out of the car. There were a couple of people right outside the building, but they didn’t seem to have seen the newcors—too busy finding their admission passes.
The pair walked side by side and entered the conference hall.
As they reached the entrance, the security guard imdiately recognized Yu Jing and hurriedly let them in. He didn’t bother checking their admissions process.
Upon seeing the old man, one of the event’s personal assistants walked up to him. He bowed. “Dr. Yu Jing, Director Jiang had sent here to take you backstage to prepare for the speech,” he said. “You may bring your script with you. Please follow .”
He motioned toward a small room at the back of the stage.
Yu Jing couldn’t help but glance at Yao Tang, a little troubled by the situation. He knew exactly what this would look like. If he’d leave, he was afraid that soone would mistreat her due to her appearance.
“Do you have any concerns, Sir?” The other man asked.
“Ah, yes.” The old man slowly nodded. “This lady is a good friend of mine. Please arrange for her to sit next to .”
“Of course. Miss, if you’d follow .”
Yao Tang nodded at Yu Jing?in farewell before following the personal assistant.
Everyone who were just passing by them couldn’t help but glance at the young lady.
“Damn, I didn’t expect to et such a beautiful lady at the dical conference. I wonder what her na is.”
“She also ca with Master Yu Jing! She’s probably an extrely famous doctor too, right? Or a descendant from a family of great doctors?”
“She’s beautiful, but she also looks familiar.”
“Please, all pretty girls are familiar to you. Let’s just take our seats. Who knows? We may even sit beside her.”

Despite everyone gazing at her, Yao Tang still appeared indifferent. Her face remained stony and emotionless, yet even that wasn’t able to hide her exquisite features and startling gaze.
She was wearing casual clothes, so she didn’t really stand out in the crowd.
Despite being organized by Jiangdong Group, it wasn’t an official, recorded seminar, so everyone dressed a little more casually today.

The waiter smiled kindly, pointing in the other direction.
She nodded in response.
The two of them walked down the long corridor and entered an even larger hall. The chandelier glittered from the ceiling, reflecting the artificial lights around it. Even from afar, she could already hear the chatter coming from the room, which was already packed with people.
Most of the attendees were older, more experienced doctors. However, there were a couple of doctors who seed to be much younger. After knowing that the legendary Dr. Yu will be speaking at the eting, they were all very excited.
After all, many of them looked up to him.
They would glance at the door from ti to ti, wondering if their Master Yu had arrived yet. However, when Yao Tang entered, all of them sustained a gasp.
She’s so beautiful!
They were imdiately attracted to her from the minute they saw her. She was like a pure lotus blooming on top of a stormy mountain.
Her face was cold, but she still looked like a naiad who had risen from the sea.
Everyone gaped at her.
“Who do you think she is?”
“Do you think she’s the host?”
“Damn, if she’s the host, I’ll attend every conference they have.”
