Chapter 884: Chapter 880: Ekeriya, Buying Camel Milk
"Sabrina, that’s not the point, okay?"
Brandon Potter looked at Sabrina Conner with exasperation. This kid never grasps the main point when people are talking, which is really frustrating.
Sabrina glared at Brandon Potter, who was always personally attacking her. But since Sabrina was eager to take out Mercer, he didn’t argue with Brandon Potter as usual.
"Sixth Master, who does Mercer think he is, daring to talk to you like this? Mila and I will sneak in tonight; I guarantee we’ll kill that pervert!"
Sabrina rubbed her hands eagerly, estimating that if Adrian Desmond gave the order, she’d head off to settle the score with Mercer right now.
"No need!"
Sabrina was dissatisfied, "Sixth Master, are we just going to let that kid off like that?"
Adrian Desmond glanced at Sudava Island and ordered the Megalodon to steer in the opposite direction. This time, the destination was Ekeriya, the second-largest city in Kalare.
"Why are we going to Ekeriya?"
Sabrina couldn’t understand Adrian Desmond at all.
Mercer had gone too far; were they just going to let him off the hook? Young and fiery, Sabrina couldn’t swallow this indignation.
"Sixth Master, if you don’t want to go, I’ll go by myself!" Sabrina said defiantly.
Adrian Desmond kicked Sabrina in the butt, "You don’t listen to what I say anymore?"
Sabrina lowered her head, "That Mercer was too much."
"I’ll handle him. When the time comes, I’ll leave him alive for you to play with. Now stay put!"
Sabrina’s eyes lit up, "Sixth Master, really?"
"Get lost!"
Adrian Desmond turned around and headed toward the cabin. Before he’d taken a few steps, Sabrina jumped up like a monkey behind him.
"I swear I’ll rip that pervert’s ** apart!"
...
Ekeriya,
By the time Adrian Desmond and his group arrived in Ekeriya, it was already evening. They had just settled down in a hotel when there were loud noises and explosions outside the window.
Adrian Desmond and his crew, of course, didn’t think someone was setting off firecrackers.
Barnes Smythe yawned and said, "So noisy!"
Sabrina bore a grudge, and at this point, he had no other thoughts in mind, only thinking about how to kill Mercer.
He wiped his dagger over and over, rehearsing in his mind how he would stab Mercer’s ** to shreds.
"Get some rest!" Adrian Desmond said.
Although they found a hotel that claimed to be five-star, the conditions were not good. What Adrian Desmond couldn’t stand the most was that there was no inter here.
Without the inter, Adrian Desmond couldn’t video chat with Sienna Johnson and Curly tonight.
The others went back to their rooms, while Marion kept watch, laying on the sofa in the living room, lightly dozing with a loaded gun in her arms.
That night passed without incident.
The next day, the group got up and went for breakfast. The accommodation wasn’t great, but at least breakfast was quite hearty.
"Sir, did you sleep well last night?" the waiter asked.
Sabrina responded, "Sleep well? It was so noisy!"
"Last night there was a terrorist attack, big fights, big explosions, eight people died. It’s said there might be more retaliations today; it’s best not to go out," the waiter said.
"Was it that serious?" Brandon Potter asked.
"Last night, the Armandera next door to you was killed. And also a business Armandera. He didn’t heed the warning, took his bodyguard out, and never came back.
We just got news from the hotel that he’s dead.
We’re currently contacting his family."
A foreigner at another table asked, "Why were they killed? Did they anger the local forces?"
"Too many possibilities for getting killed here. It could be someone testing a gun, and they got shot.
Here, you never know when or where a bullet will come flying, and then someone just drops dead," the waiter said unemotionally.
In Kalare, life is so fragile and cheap.
Death doesn’t require some grandiose reason; just testing a gun or a stray bullet can easily take a life.
Others listened with sighs, and a few girls even cried, but Adrian Desmond’s table showed little sympathy, eating their breakfast with cold indifference, practically heartless.
After breakfast, the group prepared to set out.
Sabrina asked, "Sixth Master, what exactly are we doing?"
"Looking for camels!"
"Looking for camels for what?"
