Chapter 879: Chapter 877: The Girl Rescued from the Sea

Dock,

Joanna personally came to see them off, and she even brought Adrian Desmond a lot of food and drinks. The most outrageous thing was that Joanna gave Adrian a pair of her worn underwear; Adrian nearly kicked Joanna out on the spot.

"Darling, don’t miss me. I’ll be waiting for you on the island to come back." Joanna shouted to Adrian aboard the ship.

The tone was just like that of a wife waiting for her husband to return from a long journey.

Adrian’s reaction was straightforward; he just walked away. Since he couldn’t kick her out, he chose not to see her at all.

"Darling, I know you’re just shy and reluctant to leave me, afraid that if you look at me more, you won’t want me to leave... I miss you too.

Adrian, you must come back soon."

Adrian’s steps paused for a moment. If Sienna Johnson heard this, he’d be in big trouble.

Sure enough, he shouldn’t have agreed to Noah.

Joanna thought that the man from that night was herself, so she was acting so brazenly.

"Fool!" Not even knowing who she slept with. Adrian made up his mind; after dealing with Night Owl, he would help Noah deal with Joanna.

Keeping this woman around was always a potential trouble!

"Joanna, go back home. I’ll be back soon." Noah shouted at Joanna, as if Joanna’s earlier words were meant for him.

"Why would you come back?"

Noah stood at the bow of the ship, waving his hand at Joanna, but Joanna looked on disdainfully, gazing only at Adrian’s back, completely ignoring Noah.

The Great Shark set sail towards its next target—the Gulf of Dirir.

Adrian calculated Sienna Johnson’s due date; there wasn’t much time left for him, and he had to settle Night Owl before then.

Noah sniffed at Joanna’s panties like he was addicted to marijuana, making Adrian feel disgusted.

"Can you stop doing that?"

"Adrian, I just left Joanna and now I miss her. What about you? Do you miss your wife?"

Adrian was annoyed by Noah, initially wanting him to get lost. However, Noah’s topic made him silent.

Miss her?

Of course, he did!

Adrian stood up and walked toward the cabin, with Noah calling him from behind, "Hey, Adrian, where are you going?"

"..."

"I bet you got hard when I mentioned your wife, and now you’re going to handle it yourself? Wait until the Gulf of Dirir; there are beautiful women everywhere, I’ll send you a few to have fun!"

Adrian turned his head with a murderous glare towards Noah, who was speaking recklessly, "Do not insult my feelings for my wife!"

Right now, Adrian’s feelings for Sienna Johnson are way above any physical needs; Noah would never understand. Just holding Sienna fulfills him.

"Haha, alright, I misspoke again, just pretend I said nothing."

"Noah, you’ll meet your end because of that mouth of yours sooner or later!"

...

Adrian found Noah noisy, and since they couldn’t get along, he stayed in the cabin. Through the round window, he felt a peaceful vibe watching the sea outside.

At noon, Adrian took a nap.

Brandon Potter came in to report that Noah rescued a girl from the sea.

"Sixth Master, should we keep that girl?"

They are in collaboration with Noah now, but the Great Shark is Adrian’s ship, and he has the right to decide who stays or leaves.

"Throw her back!"

The fake Elliot Carpenter made Adrian distrustful of everyone. How could he keep a girl that appeared out of nowhere under such circumstances?

Brandon Potter said, "I think so too. This place is either pirate territory or armed forces area, and a woman suddenly appears out of nowhere, which is suspicious.

Sixth Master is targeting Night Owl, and we’re on thin ice, so let’s avoid unnecessary trouble."

"Hmm, go handle it." Adrian agreed fully with Brandon Potter’s words.

Adrian lay on the bed, not even taking off his clothes; with his hand on his forehead and eyes closed, he couldn’t fall asleep.

Thump thump... Heavy footsteps echoed on the corridor’s wooden floor, followed by Noah’s yelling.

"Get out of the way, I want to see Adrian!"

"Noah, Sixth Master is resting!" Brandon Potter tried to hold him back outside.

Noah shouted at Adrian through the door, "Adrian, are you heartless? Such a beautiful girl, and you’re throwing her into the sea."

"Sob... Don’t throw me into the sea, I’ll die." The weak voice of the girl perated Adrian’s ears through the door.

"Adrian, did you hear me? I warn you, if you dare to throw this girl into the sea, I’ll terminate our cooperation."

Adrian despises threats more than anything. Hearing Noah threatening their cooperation again and again, Adrian’s bad temper flared up entirely.

He grabbed his phone and fiercely opened the door, putting the gun against Noah’s head.

"I didn’t hear clearly what you said. Can you repeat it?"

Adrian hadn’t lost his temper yet; he looked at Noah coldly. But Noah knew, as long as his answer was unsatisfactory, this man could kill him.

"Haha, don’t get excited, I’m just joking.

Allah is watching us from above, how could I break the agreement? Haha..." Noah cautiously tried to push the gun aside with his hand, but the gun remained against his forehead.

"But I seem to have heard you wanted to terminate our cooperation?"

"Misunderstanding, misunderstanding, why would I say something like that."

Adrian put away the gun and took out a handkerchief to wipe the muzzle. Without looking at Noah, he calmly spoke, "Noah, you should know, I’m not killing you now not because I dare not, but because you’re still useful.

If you lose your value, you should worry about your life."

"..."

"What do you say I kill you and declare that Night Owl did it? Then let your brother’s widow, Joanna, take over your territory?"

Adrian glanced at Noah, chuckling softly, "Joanna listens to me quite well nowadays."

Noah’s hair stood on end, "Haha, Adrian, just a lapse in judgment, don’t take it seriously. As for this chick, you handle her however you want...

I have something to do, I’ll be leaving first."

Noah heartlessly left the girl behind, and as she stood there crying, she trembled under Adrian’s gaze.

"Sir, please save me. If you throw me into the sea, I’ll die... I have aged parents at home..."

With a bang, the gun fired, leaving a bloody hole on the girl’s forehead. She stared wide-eyed at Adrian, a seductive crimson at the corner of her mouth.

"Why did you kill me?"

"Next time, hide the Death Island mark better!"

Brandon Potter hadn’t expected Adrian to kill the petite girl; she had originally planned to toss her back into the sea to fend for herself.

"Is she from Death Island?"
