“Yes.” Santiago nodded, “After the last attack, my health has been poor. If I try other thods, I may die even faster.”
Kevin Clark lowered his gaze and kept silent.
After a long silence in the office, Santiago spoke, “Everyone has to co to this point eventually. I’m in my eighties, and I have lived well enough.”
“Is it because of the harm caused by chemical drugs?” Kevin Clark asked.
“This is a major factor.” Santiago said, “So, when you’re conducting research, be sure to protect yourself.”
Kevin Clark was silent for a while, “I can agree to your request, but whether Turner Daniel has the ability to take over the Research Institute will depend on him.”
Santiago smiled, “There are you and Roy Madison to help him.”
