“I’m fine…” Dongfang Yu said, struggling to lift his head, “I’ll be fine soon.”
“Where’s your dicine?” Hai Xiaotang rummaged through his jacket pocket and produced a bottle of stomach dicine.
She quickly poured out several pills to feed him, but he waved her off, “No need to take it, I’m okay.”
“How can you be okay? You look so pale. Please take the dicine.”
It wasn’t his stomach that was hurting, but his head.
“I’m fine now…” Dongfang Yu took a mont to steady his breathing. His expression also seed to return to normal. “You drive, I’m going to rest a bit. If I really need to take the dicine, I will.”
Hai Xiaotang softly stroked his forehead, “We should go get a check-up at the hospital. Your stomach problem has gotten too severe. It’s even giving you headaches. You always refuse to get a check-up, but I insist, we must go today!”
Dongfang Yu managed a smile, “Who said I didn’t get a check-up? I go in for regular check-ups every month. The doctor said it’s not too serious and will cure after a few years. It’s not as serious as you think, don’t worry.”
Hai Xiaotang pouted, “But you always scare .”
Dongfang Yu kissed her gently on the lips to comfort her, “I’ll recover soon, and won’t worry you anymore. Don’t worry, I’ll be fine.”
