“Do you think it’ll be a problem locking him up in the prop room?”
“What could possibly go wrong? Besides, if we get found out, we’ll just say we had no idea anyone was in there!”
“That’s true!”
“I have no clue how the HR departnt hires people. How could soone who looks like that get a job here!”
“Right? I find it weird too. Do you think this Mu Yi has so powerful connections or sothing?”
“Connections? Absolutely not! Haven’t you noticed? No one in the entire training camp gives him the ti of day! Anyone can boss him around, and he wouldn’t dare to even fart! Does he look like soone with connections to you?”
Jian Dan’s brows furrowed deeply, and he didn’t hesitate to head straight for the prop room…
Although the door to the prop room was locked, it was no match for Jian Dan. He took a hairpin from his head and fiddled with the lock until it opened.
Since there were no windows in the prop room, it was still very dark despite being dayti.
Jian Dan stepped inside. “Mu Yi~ are you there? Mu Yi~” He tried the light switch on the wall and found it didn’t work, probably broken.
It was so dark inside that the light from the phone’s flashlight was insufficient to fully illuminate the space.

Following the light from his phone, Jian Dan saw Mu Yi slowly standing up from a corner.
“Are you okay?” Jian Dan asked with concern.
“How did you know I was here?”
“We can talk about that later, let’s get out of here first!” The prop room was cold and dark, hardly a good place for a chat.
Mu Yi nodded and followed Jian Dan out of the prop room…
“Thank you, you’ve helped out yet again!”
“You…” Jian Dan was about to say sothing when Mu Yi’s stomach growled.
Looking at Mu Yi, who was holding his belly and looking sowhat embarrassed, Jian Dan said, “Hungry, huh? Let’s go have breakfast first!” They both headed to the dining hall.
“Wait here, I’ll go get you sothing to eat. Do you fancy anything specific?”
Mu Yi didn’t speak, just shook his head.
Jian Dan left to get sothing for Mu Yi to eat…
Mu Yi watched Jian Dan’s retreating figure with a complex look in his eyes!

“I didn’t know what you liked, so I just grabbed a bit of everything!” Jian Dan said as he placed the food in front of Mu Yi, “And this! You’ve been in that prop room for so long, having so hot water will warm you up a bit!” Even though it was sumr, the prop room was indeed very chilly.
Mu Yi gazed at the steaming water in front of him, and sothing in his eyes beca even more enigmatic.
As he took the cup of water, a peculiar feeling surfaced in the depths of his heart, so subtle that even Mu Yi himself didn’t notice.
