“Oh right! Haven’t had breakfast yet? What are we waiting for? Hurry up and get so!” When it ca to eating, Jian Dan forgot everything else.
“Breakfast is ready, you guys just co over and eat once you’re done!” Granny knocked and ca in to say.
“Thank you, Granny, we’ll co right away!” Jian Dan looked at Granny and smiled sweetly.
After they were all done, they went to the dining table and started eating the wine-sweetened glutinous rice balls Granny had handmade.
“Mmm, so delicious, it’s been so long since I last ate Granny’s handmade wine-sweetened glutinous rice balls!” Jian Dan said while eating.
“Jian, be careful not to eat your lipstick.”
“If I eat it, I eat it! I’ll just reapply it later!” Nothing could stop Jian Dan from seriously having her breakfast.
“Let Jian eat properly! After all, even if Jian doesn’t wear makeup, she’s the most beautiful in Mr. Chu’s eyes,” Shang Yujin spoke slowly.
After hearing Shang Yujin’s words, everyone present thought it made sense, so they let her be.
After finishing breakfast, Jian Dan contentedly yawned.
“Is there nothing left to do, then? Can I go back to sleep for a while?” She felt even sleepier after eating.

“Jian, just hang in there!” Xiaoting moved closer to Jian Dan.

Ti ticked away second by second, and Jian Dan sat on the bed, continuously dozing off.
Finally~ soone knocked on the door…
The knock finally woke up this sleeping beauty, “Is it Uncle?” Jian Dan was about to get out of bed but was stopped by Qin Rou.
“You can’t get out of bed now! Just stay here, good and proper!”
“How could we easily miss this rare chance to tease Chu Liyuan?”
“You dare to prank Uncle too? You really are brave!”
“What do you know? This might be the only chance we get to give Chu Liyuan a hard ti, and there are no rain checks on this one!”
“Aren’t you afraid of what Uncle might…” Jian Dan deliberately trailed off.
