Capítulo 1863: Chapter 1863: You Forgot What You Said So Soon
Dr. Liu’s expression looked at Jian Dan again, completely different from just a mont ago. The arrogance and conceit from before had completely vanished.
“This hospital is considered a very good hospital. The dical environnt and facilities are all excellent, so naturally, the doctors and nurses should also be top-notch. Besides dical skills, they also need to have a good heart.
Based on what just happened, I think both of you are very unsuitable to work as doctors in this hospital. Maybe you should seek better opportunities elsewhere!” Jian Dan said calmly, with a very composed tone.
“No, wait, you can’t do this! I’m saying this to the Dean here, you can’t just tell to leave!” The middle-aged man said excitedly, grabbing Jian Dan’s hand.
“Let go!” Just as Jian Dan was about to break free from the man holding her hand, a cold voice reached everyone’s ears.
This voice was extrely cold, sending a chill down the spine of all who heard it. However, Jian Dan did not feel cold at all; rather, she felt extraordinarily warm.
“Uncle! Why are you here?” Jian Dan looked at Chu Liyuan with surprise and spoke.
“If Sizhe hadn’t called , were you not planning to tell anything?” Chu Liyuan walked to Jian Dan’s side and affectionately tapped her nose lightly.
The middle-aged man despaired completely upon seeing Chu Liyuan. He never imagined that the first ti he would truly et him would be under such circumstances.
Jian Dan gave Sizhe a glance, “It’s just a small thing, right? I could’ve resolved it myself, just didn’t want to disturb Uncle’s work!” Jian Dan raised her head, her eyes curved into crescent shapes, warming Chu Liyuan’s heart.
“Has the matter been resolved? Then let’s go, I haven’t had lunch yet, want to co eat with ?” Chu Liyuan smiled and said to Jian Dan.
Chu Liyuan’s smile caused all the young nurses present to instantly beco fangirls.
“Mr. Chu is just too handso, right? How could there be such an exceptional man like him in this world? Not only is he so successful in his career, but even his physique and appearance are unmatched.”
“Moreover, look at Mr. Chu, ever since he arrived here, his eyes haven’t moved away from his wife. Isn’t he just too devoted?”
“Exactly! Such a good man, Mr. Chu’s wife is really so fortunate, I’m so envious and jealous!”
“I feel like I’ve instantly beco a fan, and those little crushes I had before seem unappealing now!”
Just as Chu Liyuan wrapped an arm around Jian Dan’s waist to leave, the middle-aged man spoke up, “Mr. Chu, you just said it’s resolved? Where’s the resolution?”
“Didn’t you hear what Jian Jian just said?” Chu Liyuan coldly threw out the comnt.
“Mr. Chu, you can’t do this. I’ve worked here for over 20 years. You can’t just tell to go!” The middle-aged man pleaded with a tearful face.
“My father is a great contributor to this hospital, you can’t just drive him away.” Dr. Liu mustered the courage to speak, “Today’s issue was my fault, it has nothing to do with my father. I’ll go!” Dr. Liu had completely lost his initial arrogance at this point, finally realizing he had involved his father and wanting to minimize any harm to him.
“Once I’ve made a decision, I won’t easily change it.” Jian Dan turned around and looked at the two of them calmly, speaking in a subdued tone.
“This is my issue, why involve my father? This is unfair,” Dr. Liu frowned at Jian Dan.
“Isn’t that what you’ve been doing? Your issue with Sizhe directly affected your work. You even involved a critically ill patient in our verbal dispute. Tell first why?” Jian Dan asked Dr. Liu coldly, without a trace of sympathy, “Unfair? Rember what you said to just now?”
A scene flashed in Dr. Liu’s mind: Fairness? Should I say you’re naive or just foolish?
Jian Dan’s lips curled slightly, “How could you forget what you said so quickly?”
