“Alright, you can rest easy now, right?”
“Yeah!” Cheng Lu nodded with a smile.

“If it’s luck, then don’t call it Jian Dan anymore, just call Jian! That’s what all my friends call !”
“Alright! Jian!”
The two shared a smile.
“Oh, by the way, is your little boyfriend okay? Yesterday, he seed pretty badly hurt.”
“What boyfriend? I already told you, he and I aren’t like that,” Cheng Lu explained softly with her head lowered.
“The guy is still in the hospital, right? Why not take to see him!” With both of them being so slow, it seems like they need , the Matchmaker, to step in.
“Oh, alright.” Jian Dan followed Cheng Lu to Lin Kun’s hospital room.
Upon entering, they saw a quite handso young man wrapped up like a dumpling, trying to get up upon seeing them.
“You better not move, looking like this, moving around is pretty frightening.” Jian Dan said awkwardly, pulling her lips into a slight smile.
“Thank you for yesterday! Cheng Lu already told everything, if it weren’t for you, neither of us might have made it out.” The young man smiled warmly, expressing his gratitude towards Jian Dan.
“None of that matters now, what’s important is that we’re all okay, right?
When I saw you yesterday, your face was covered in blood, I couldn’t see what you looked like, but now I can finally see, are you handso?” Jian Dan spoke while her gaze continuously drifted towards Cheng Lu.
The young man blushed, lowering his head due to Jian Dan’s words.
Seeing both of them silent, Jian Dan seized the opportunity, “I have this friend who’s single and very pretty, how about I introduce her to you as a girlfriend, is that alright?”
“Ah!” Lin Kun and Cheng Lu were stunned, looking at Jian Dan together.
“What’s wrong? I think you and her are definitely a match, really!” Jian Dan said seriously.
Noticing Cheng Lu’s slight displeasure from the corner of her eye, a subtle smile appeared at the corners of Jian Dan’s mouth.
“I already have soone I like.” The man spoke while keeping his eyes directed towards Cheng Lu.
“Why stay single if you already like soone? The other person probably doesn’t like you, huh? Just et her, even if it’s just to make a friend!”
“No need! Even if the one I like doesn’t like back, I’ll keep liking her!”
“Listen to , I believe once you et her, you’ll definitely like her.”
“I really…”
“Cheng Lu, co here!” Jian Dan pulled Cheng Lu over from behind. “So, what do you think? Do you like her?” Jian Dan asked, looking at Cheng Lu.
“This…” Both were once again confused.
“You both obviously like each other, why keep dragging it out instead of being together, hurry up, make it official today!
If you two don’t get together, it’s practically unthinkable!” Jian Dan dragged Cheng Lu over to Lin Kun’s bedside and placed Cheng Lu’s hand in Lin Kun’s.
“Jian, you…” Cheng Lu turned to look at Jian Dan.
“Stop with all the ‘you, ’ stuff, now you two have your happy ending, I should make my exit. I’m heading out to grab so food, you two…” Jian Dan said, bringing her index fingers together and gesturing while smiling, “I’ll try to co back later.” With that, she left the room.
