Jian Dan and Chu Liyuan followed the person who was taking their photos to the animation festival scene.
"Uncle, now that we’re here, do you not feel your outfit is strange anymore?" Jian Dan pointed at the people in bizarre costus all around and asked.
"Indeed!" Chu Liyuan smiled awkwardly,

"The most crucial segnt of our animation festival is up next, which is selecting the most perfect CP (couple) among all the cosplayers present today," the host’s voice ca from the stage.

"After counting, there are three couples standing out: Hou’er and Sophie, "
Queen of Egypt and Caesar, and Beauty and the Beast."
"It’s you guys, it’s you! I knew you would be chosen!" said the person who brought them, even more excited than they were.
On stage, Jian Dan and Chu Liyuan recognized Queen of Egypt and Caesar as their "acquaintances."
Queen of Egypt was the woman they ran into at the amusent park entrance, and Caesar was the arrogant rich kid who was rude to her at the airport yesterday.
These two pairing together truly make the perfect match!
Chu Liyuan and Jian Dan were wearing masks, so the others did not recognize them.
"Next, we’ll select the best CP from these three pairs. Let’s recreate your classic scenes from the movies,"
The first two pairs quickly finished, and it was Chu Liyuan and Jian Dan’s turn. Their classic scene was naturally the dance; the two danced gracefully to the music, captivating the audience below as if the movie had beco a reality.
Jian Dan and Chu Liyuan’s Beauty and the Beast won first place in the end.
The reward for first place was two very cute figurines, precious due to their limited edition.
"Uncle, look, aren’t they adorable!" Jian Dan asked joyfully, holding up the figurines.
"As long as Jian Jian likes them."
"Stop right there!" An unfriendly voice ca from behind them.
Turning around, they were surprised as those two acquaintances chased after them; they first thought they were recognized.
"I want those limited figurines in your hands, how much?" The man spoke arrogantly, just like his annoying behavior at the airport yesterday.
"Sorry, not selling!" Jian Dan replied coldly and was about to leave.
"Not selling? I think you’re just raising the price! Everything has its value, and its value is what I want, so na a price." The man pointed at the figurines in Jian Dan’s hand.
"Can’t you understand human language? I said not selling, don’t you get it?" Jian Dan really didn’t want to get tangled with them.
As soon as she said this, the man’s face changed "Wait..."
"Can’t you understand human language?" Chu Liyuan coldly interjected at this mont.
Chu Liyuan speaking confird the man’s suspicions.
"Take off your masks!" The man arrogantly commanded, raising his chin.
"Who do you think you are?" Jian Dan retorted disdainfully.
"You’re afraid, aren’t you?"
"Your reverse psychology trick is really outdated, can’t believe you still use it." Jian Dan mocked.
The man’s eyes turned cold, and with a wave of his hand, a dozen people surrounded Jian Dan and Chu Liyuan.
