Seeing the uncle in such pain, Jian Dan felt an imnse ache in her heart. She gently placed her hand on Chu Liyuan’s shoulder, slowly stepped forward, and embraced Chu Liyuan, whispering softly by his ear, "Uncle..."
This single word "uncle" made Chu Liyuan feel as if his whole body was electrified. At first, he was frozen, afraid he was imagining things and dared not move.
Jian Dan gently kissed behind Chu Liyuan’s ear and softly called again, "Uncle!"
Chu Liyuan suddenly turned around to et Jian Dan’s eyes.
In that instant, when he t Jian Dan’s eyes, Chu Liyuan’s lips curled into a smile. He knew his Jian Jian had returned.
"Uncle, don’t cry!" Jian Dan raised her hand to wipe away the tears at the corner of Chu Liyuan’s eyes.
Chu Liyuan stared directly at Jian Dan without speaking, and in the next mont, he pulled Jian Dan into his arms and kissed her deeply.
It was as if he wanted to release all the longing from these days...
The horizon was already showing colors.
Jian Dan, held in Chu Liyuan’s arms, saw that Chu Liyuan had no intention of sleeping. "Uncle, you’re not sleeping yet? Aren’t you tired?"

"Actually, I did go out just now! But I didn’t go to find Bai Haochen; I went to Zimo’s place." Jian Dan explained to Chu Liyuan what had just happened.
"Hypnosis?" Chu Liyuan furrowed his brows.
A bad feeling rose in his heart.
"Yes! Thanks to Sister Zimo, otherwise I wouldn’t know how long it would take for to rember. Maybe I might never rember at all!"
"I’ll thank her!
Jian Jian, it’s so good to have you back!"
Chu Liyuan held Jian Dan as he finally fell into a deep sleep.
It was the best sleep he’d had in months.
The two of them slept in each other’s arms and suddenly felt a warm breath on their faces. They slowly opened their eyes to imdiately et four pairs of bright eyes.
The four little ones were lying in front of them, staring straight at the two.
"Ah—" Jian Dan covered her chest with her hands, gasping for breath to calm her heart.
"Don’t you four little ones know that scaring people can be deadly?"
"Mom knows too! But these past days, you’ve been scaring us constantly!" The four little ones crossed their arms in front of their chests and looked at Jian Dan with confidence.
"I couldn’t help it, okay? It wasn’t intentional! I couldn’t control it!" Jian Dan scratched the back of her head.
"Then why didn’t you inform us first thing when you regained your mory?" Jian Xiaokai looked at Jian Dan unhappily.
"I..." Jian Dan didn’t know how to answer Jian Xiaokai and could only look towards Chu Liyuan for help.
"Why aren’t you having breakfast so early? What are you up to?" Chu Liyuan sternly asked.
The four little ones all rolled their eyes at Chu Liyuan. "Because no one made breakfast!"
"What do you an? Where’s Jin?"
"We wanted to eat what you make today!" The four little ones looked at Chu Liyuan, raising their chins.
"I can cook, but you can’t bla mom anymore, okay?"
"Stop talking, hurry up and cook, we’re starving!" Kuaikuai said coldly.
Only then did Chu Liyuan nod, planting a kiss on Jian Dan’s forehead before getting up to make breakfast...
