The remaining three standing were full of fear~ Quickly, everyone but Wang Mian had also fallen.
Wang Mian looked at the man before him in sheer terror, a man more fearso than Chu Liyuan, as if human life was worthless in his eyes, easier to take than that of a chicken’s.
Especially the man’s eyes, ice-cold and wicked with a trace of mockery.

As Wang Mian yelled in pain, another swift gesture took away his ability to speak.
This made it difficult for Wang Mian to even scream.
Yet, there was no change on the man’s face. The scalpel then went straight through Wang Mian’s palm, pinning his hand to the wall…
After dealing with Wang Mian, the man walked over to the unconsciousJian Dan, lifting her chin with one hand. Seeing the fresh blood at the corner of her mouth, his eyes narrowed involuntarily, and he then noticed her wrists, bruised badly from the rope, causing his heart to ache slightly.
