Gu Jingze laughed at the sight of her resembling a tiger.

With a mouthful, he felt that it did not taste as bad as he thought it would be.
At least, it was better than her previous attempts. It was much better this ti and definitely edible.

Seeing her being finally satisfied, Gu Jingze asked, “Can I put the chopsticks down now?”

“But I’ve never made a al for you before.”

“However, other wives always cook up als for them... How about I cook proper als for you in future?”
“No, I don’t want to tire you out.” He kissed her hand. “Your hands are nice to look at, so I don’t want you to be slogging it out in the kitchen every day.”
