So it is.

Ye Tian cracked a grin at the corner of his mouth.

"Ling Rong, she harnesses her power with blood!" Ye Tian said to Ling Rong.

"Mhm." Though there was a mont of hesitation, Ling Rong still attacked the dead bodies that lay at Nan Yun’s feet and whose blood still flowed.

This trait about Ling Rong was sothing Ye Tian greatly admired.

It was because of that one sentence that Ye Tian was fortunate enough to witness Ling Rong’s strength.

Fire, indeed, was the most effective solution as it could turn everything into ashes.

"Do you think you can so easily find my weakness?" Nan Yun sneered. "Blood is not the only power I can draw from."

"Who cares about you!" Ling Rong retorted unceremoniously. "Monsters like you should not exist in this world; you belong in Hell, and that’s where you should go!"

While talking, Ling Rong’s hands didn’t slack off in the slightest, continually sending out fireballs, cleaning the corridor quickly, leaving it scorched and smoked throughout.

Ye Tian was very pleased with such a battlefield. As long as it made Fatty Xu’s heart ache, the more comfortable he felt. Dare to trick ! If you push too hard, I’ll turn this rotten place into ashes!

Ling Rong looked at Nan Yun in front of her, who seed not to react at all. Watching the flying little monster still attacking Ye Tian relentlessly, she felt extrely distressed, and her hair beca fiery.

In contrast to Ling Rong’s rage, Ye Tian felt he was starting to lose his ability to cope because he felt a disordered breath coming into his body, fighting with the two beads in his lower abdon.

Not knowing whether it was because his strength was draining too quickly, Ye Tian even felt that the little monster before him seed sowhat smaller than before. Thinking of the strange energy inside his body, could it be that part of this little monster had entered him?

The thought made Ye Tian break into a cold sweat—the woman was indeed too sinister.

"What’s wrong? Ye Tian, do you feel sothing else inside your body? Don’t worry; soon there will be more!"

Nan Yun’s smile was hauntingly beautiful, but it was a broken beauty.

"I love using this thod to create new pets!"

"Pet!? You’re the pet here!" Ye Tian cursed loudly.

Ling Rong didn’t care about anything else; she just wanted to end Nan Yun as soon as possible. This scene was too eerie.

"Little girl, do you know how annoying you are?" Nan Yun stared at Ling Rong, her voice filled with a seductive force, as if a witch coaxing Snow White to eat the apple.

"You’re calling a little girl? Have you not seen how old you are?"

"How old am I?" Nan Yun seed to fall into rembrance, everything becoming surreal, "If I could have gotten married, perhaps my granddaughter would be older than you."

"Ah?!"

"My goodness! An old monster!" Ye Tian wailed. Why are such people always old monsters?

Ling Rong didn’t care about that; whether it was an old monster or not, the situation was one where she’d destroy anything in her path, be it gods or Buddhas!

Ye Tian felt the blood and air coursing chaotically inside him, boiling like water—if he didn’t find a way, he might really be done for.

It was at this mont that Nan Yun produced sothing that looked like a bell. However, at a closer look, the bell wasn’t made of tal or jade but human bones.

Nan Yun shook it a few tis, and instead of emitting a sound, a dark mass appeared on the ground.

Scorpions!

These were not the scorpions one usually saw; they were enormous and adorned with various patterns, with blue tips on their stingers, clearly indicating their poisonous nature.

As the scorpions made contact with the ground, they produced a chilling sound.

Ling Rong felt goosebumps all over her body; one fireball killed a group of scorpions, but more imdiately crawled up from behind.

Ye Tian slapped the little monster away, thinking that now was the ti, whether to live or die, he had to try.

He silently commanded the black and white beads to stop wrestling with the other presence and to flow through his body as he wished. The beads were sowhat reluctant, but eventually complied obediently.

Ye Tian felt his body relax considerably, experiencing an inexplicable smoothness in all his limbs and bones.

However, sweat began to bead on Nan Yun’s face.

She could feel the difference in Ye Tian at this mont; he seed to be channeling sothing within his body that made it harder for her pet to harm him.

This feeling surprised Nan Yun, but her instinct told her she needed to end the struggle quickly, as delaying would be disadvantageous for her.

With a light swipe of her left hand over her right, she sliced through her skin, of varying colors, and blood began to flow. Nan Yun clenched her right hand, coaxing more blood to co out.

Droplets of blood fell onto her left hand, and with a flick of Nan Yun’s hand, the crimson splattered onto the little monster.

The little monster convulsed as if electrocuted, emitting a piercing scream.

Ye Tian thought to himself that this was bad and hurriedly accelerated the movent of the two beads.

Indeed, the little monster, which had been sowhat languid, now seed injected with adrenaline, moving much faster. Ye Tian almost didn’t know how to defend himself.

Ling Rong also felt terrified, but she trusted Ye Tian’s judgnt from before; it seed that fresh blood stimulated both the little monster and Nan Yun.

Ye Tian was almost unable to counter at this point, and Ling Rong was very anxious.

An idea struck her, and Ling Rong cut her own wrist.

The scent of fresh blood diverted the little monster, which had been relentlessly attacking Ye Tian, to attack Ling Rong instead.

"Ling Rong, are you crazy?" Ye Tian exclaid.

He never felt that being saved by a woman was sothing to be happy about.

"If you want to save , think quickly about that strike you made that day. By now, this Nan Yun would have been dealt with!" Ling Rong said bluntly, continuously launching fireballs.

Without the little monster’s interference, Ye Tian felt his energy recover much faster.

He closed his eyes and envisioned a desert; the red sun was already half-set, creating a desolate, unsettling atmosphere.

The two beads chased each other, gradually forcing the foreign presence out of Ye Tian’s body.

Ye Tian’s body uncontrollably sat down, as if in ditation, and suddenly the surroundings beca very quiet, eerily quiet.

No one knew what Ye Tian was doing, not even he himself knew, only feeling a deep quietness.

Suddenly, Ye Tian opened his eyes, glowing with golden light. His right hand ford a complex Seal and pushed it towards Nan Yun.

The movent was slow, with a golden glow, yet Nan Yun did not dodge, allowing the Ten Thousand Character Talisman to strike her directly.

Nan Yun fell as if she were an unattached kite, the little monster quickly flying back to her side, shrinking rapidly, and then gradually disappearing. Only Ye Tian saw that it had entered Nan Yun’s body.

Nan Yun lay on the ground, motionless, as if dead, but Ye Tian knew she wasn’t.

Ye Tian imdiately rushed to her side; Ling Rong also quickly dealt with the scorpions on the ground, as they had lost their directive and were now frenetically scattering.

Sotis, animals are the most sensitive to danger.

Nan Yun was aging at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Hehe, after so many years of hard training in the mountains, I never expected to be defeated by youngsters like you upon coming out!" Nan Yun’s voice was still youthful, but now her face was covered with wrinkles.
