The next afternoon.
Li Yufei’s flight was booked for six o’clock.
Rong Ling took her to the airport and watched her go through the boarding gate.
An hour later, the plane took off.
Rong Ling returned to the apartnt and saw the two bodyguards at the elevator entrance, knowing they were left by Li Yufei.
He knew she was always a cautious person, but he didn’t think that even if Huake noticed him, they would spend resources to deal with him.
He also knew that business competition had always been fierce and dangerous, and Li Yufei was worried Huake would target him.
The next day at noon, Li Yufei sent him a ssage saying she had safely arrived in France.

A young girl, also holding books, walked towards him, “I didn’t see you all afternoon.”
Rong Ling said, “I was writing my paper in the library.”
The girl nad Ai Ye was also an exchange student from China.

Just then, a BMW car stopped at the gate.

Rong Ling said, “I don’t know them.”
He looked at the road, seeing all the taxis were occupied and did not stop.
Rong Ling asked, “Did you call an Uber?”
Ai Ye said, “Not yet.”

During his speech, the man fumbled in his coat, and the next second, Rong Ling felt a hard object press firmly against his waist.
He glanced downward and saw the man holding a dark object, which was unmistakably a gun.
Suddenly sensing a bad premonition, Rong Ling quickly regained his composure, “What do you want?”
The man said, “Nothing much. We had a good ti last ti, how about joining us for a drink today?”
Rong Ling said, “I’m not in the mood for that today.”
The man whispered, “You don’t have a choice, get in the car with us.”
Rong Ling said, “Where are you taking ?”
The man said, “You’ll know once you get in the car.”
Rong Ling said, “Do you really think I’ll get in the car with you?”
The man said, “Do you know what’s pressed against your waist?”
Rong Ling chuckled and said, “I guess it’s a gun.”
The man grinned, “Are you not afraid, or do you think we wouldn’t dare to fire here?”
In the United States, each state has different police force strengths, and the area where Princeton University is located has strong security. Rong Ling knew if a shot was fired, these people wouldn’t be able to escape five hundred ters.
Rong Ling said, “I don’t think you’d dare to shoot.”
The man said, “Really, you’re so smart? I wouldn’t shoot you, but… it doesn’t an we wouldn’t shoot soone else.”
He glanced at Ai Ye sinisterly, “Is she your classmate?”
Rong Ling said, “No.”
Ai Ye suddenly stepped forward, puzzled, “Rong Ling, do you really know them?”

The man whispered in Rong Ling’s ear, “Have you thought it over? Get in the car with us; obediently get in the car, and I promise we’ll leave your classmate unhard, and you’ll be untouched too.”
Rong Ling said, “If you want to go, at least give a reason.”
The man said, “Take you to have so fun, does that count as a reason?”
After saying this, the man pushed Rong Ling’s waist, Rong Ling turned around to resist, but the man in the back seat suddenly jumped at him, locking him by the throat and squeezed him tightly!
At the sa ti, the man sitting in the passenger seat took out a syringe and injected it into Rong Ling’s neck.

Ai Ye saw Rong Ling get into the car, showing a surprised expression, the man greeted her, “Sorry, student, Rong Ling can’t go ho with you now, we have matters to discuss with him.”

A woman walked over from the waiting area.

The man gestured at Rong Ling.
Rong Ling leaned against the wall, with his neck and collarbones flushed with blood.
“Xi Ya, take good care of this friend tonight.”
The woman smiled, “Don’t worry, I’ll take good care of him.”
