This simulation is making go crazy. Just how realistic-looking dungeons are in this? I can even see the details of my notebook that I’ve never read before. Even though I haven’t seen everything around my surroundings, the gaps are pretty detailed.
Viktor glared at the school lunch and then looked at his girlfriend’s face who was supposed to be dead. She looked at Viktor and said, "What’s wrong? Why aren’t you eating?"
Viktor pouted his lips and mumbled, ’Why is this bit*h munching on a carrot in front of -_-? I know it’s an illusion but I can’t change its phase. It might impact the boss later. But I want to slap her face so badly-_-.’
She then said, ’Why are you looking at like that? I might blush."
’I must hold my anger and be patient. It’s all for the sake of this raid. I can die in a dungeon so I must keep my patience in check.’
Viktor then finished his lunch and walked out of the cafeteria to go back to his class. He was pissed off because he wasn’t able to use any of his magic. He was feeling a little insecure so he took a knife from the kitchen when he left ho.
’I must stay alert all the ti. I don’t know what kind of boss it might be so it’s best to be on guard all the ti. I need to complete this dungeon test as soon as possible.
anwhile in Adonis’ ho.
"Darling, here’s the food. Enjoy your breakfast!" The red lady served him a boiled bird without any seasoning in front of him. The bird wasn’t cleaned properly and there was no tableware beside the plate.
She then poured a muddy glass of water and said, ’I’ve ward the water a little. You must be happy, right? It’s your favourite dish after all."
Adonis was shocked. He looked at her and saw her eating with both of her hands like a scavenger. She didn’t know any table manners. So he said, "Honey, do you have any fork?"
"What’s a fork, darling?" She asked.
"The tableware you use to pick up food. It helps you to eat without using your hands."
"Hum? I don’t know. It’s my first ti hearing the thing called a fork. How do you know?"
"My master taught to use...." Adonis then realises everything. He recalled everything when he spoke about his master. It was a dungeon and what he was seeing was nothing but an illusion. Since he was a cleaner demon, he knew the person sitting in front of him was a dungeon boss.
So he asked, "Darling, do you know my na?"
"Of course darling, you’re Adonis North. The na your father gave you after you were born. It’s a beautiful na."
Adonis looked down at the food on his plate and said, "I knew it. My wife’s touch, her food, her smile, everything seems so real. I am glad that I got to et you again, but this isn’t real."
"W..what are you talking about, honey? What do you an by it’s not real?"
Adonis then hugged her and again said, "I’m glad that I got to touch you once again. But it’s a waste since it’s not even real. I can’t let anyone take my dead wife’s form in front of and act like her. I will never tolerate this. So, goodbye. I hope I don’t see you again. I have soone more important than this re illusion."
Adonis then used his destruction curse and the fake body of his forr wife turned into dust.
Then, a voice rang inside his head.
*Congratulations on clearing the side dungeon. Due to an error, both of the participants were separated from the main quest. Since participant no 2 has cleaned the dungeon, he will be teleported into the main quest. Please find out the leader of your team and help him clear the dungeon.*
*Dungeon quest failing patently: Death.*
Adonis frowned and said, "You gotta be kidding . Death? It’s that too harsh?"
The illusion around him started to get blurry and slowly, it took another form. This ti, it was a city but it was from the past. The people were walking beside him doing their business. They looked so real that Adonis nearly mistook them for real humans. He was teleported in front of a high school where all the kids were returning ho.
Then, he saw soone walking out of the entrance with a girl. He looked pissed because of her.
Adonis knew who it was so he approached him and said, "Master..."
Viktor turned his head up and stared at his face. Since Viktor was powerless, he couldn’t feel him walking towards him. So he was speechless at his arrival in his quest.
"A..Adonis?"
"Yes, master. I’m so sorry."
Viktor couldn’t hold back his tears and started to cry. He held Adonis too tightly and said, "Do you have any idea how difficult it was for to spend an entire day on guard? I don’t have any mana in my body!! This damned body is junk!!!"
Adonis smiled and said, "So this is how you looked when you were Ivon. You still have the sa stunning eyes. But master can’t ever miss my eyes even if your appearance is changed."
The girl beside him asked Adonis, "Who are you?"
Adonis looked below and replied, "Little kid. You got so nerve to act like his mistress. I will never accept you as my master’s wife. Shuuu!! Shuu!!!"
"Ah, co on, Adonis. Don’t treat her like that. She’s going to breakup with anyways in the future."
"Oh, then shall we leave? We need to get out of this dungeon quickly. The voice said the penalty is death."
Viktor frowned and then said, "Next ti, be careful with dungeon gates."
"I will, master."
"Now give a piggy ride and use your wings. I want to finish this dungeon as soon as possible."
"But I can’t move my wings if you’re on my back. I need to carry you like a princess."
"Then do it-_-. My legs are refusing to walk."
"As you wish, master." Adonis then spread his wings wide on his back and then carried Viktor in front to fly away from there. Viktor didn’t want to see his stepmother’s face again so he commanded Adonis to fly above his ho.
He then started at his house for so mont and said, "Threw a huge fireball at that house. Everyone is in there right now so it won’t be a problem even if that man is the boss. It’s an illusion dungeon so destroying the whole city doesn’t matter."
Adonis understood the assignnt and created a small shiny mana ball. He then said, "Master, throw this with your hand. This will help you complete the dungeon quest."
Viktor took the mana ball and looked at it. He then said, "It’s a bomb a hundred tis more powerful than a tsar bomb. This continent is going to get erased by this if I throw this."
Adonis then said, "Then, you don’t want to use this?"
"No, it’s just an illusion. Let’s enjoy the bombing before we get out of here." Viktor kissed the glowing orb and then dropped it above his house. The orb touched the roof and it fell on the balcony. His stepfather noticed the glowing orb and picked it up to see. At that mont, a white flash of light ca out. Quickly, a mushroom-like cloud began to eat the city and spread all over the area. Buildings started to disappear with the bright light and slowly, they reached the sky.
Suddenly, a glitch in the illusion occurred and both of them were forcefully kicked out of the quest. The impact of the bomb was so big that the dungeon program failed to maintain its stability. Since the boss was dead, it stopped the quest and gave them the items that they deserved.
The illusion dungeon was completed.
Viktor suddenly woke up and jumped from the ground. He then used ice magic to check if he had lost his mana or not and then he felt relieved.
"I am never going inside a dungeon that has this illusion na. Oi Adonis! Wake up!"
Adonis was knocked out on the muddy ground after the dungeon forcefully stopped the quest and kicked the participants out.
Viktor then again said, "Adonis, I’m hungry."
Adonis opened his eyes in a rush and said, "What do you like to eat? Wait, sothing is wrong. Why am I on the ground?"
Viktor laughed and replied, "Wake up, man. We have made out of the dungeon. I got my gift item. See this ring? It says it has 40 levels of divine Qi stored in it. I just have to wear this and my divine Qi will increase on its own. What did you get?"
"A cat."
"Eh-_-?"
"A cat pendant." Adonis showed him his small cat pendant and explained, "It says I can ta any kind of animal that is related to cats."
