71 Unexpected marriage proposal
Zi Han had never been this embarrassed in his entire life. He had been scolded by his teachers before and was even made to stand on one leg in front of everyone for making jokes in class. But this..... this was a whole new level of embarrassnt.
What made it even worse was the fact that he was admonished in front of his enemy. Yi Chen had beat him in a fight then.... then he accidentally hit Yi Chen, got punished for it and now he was being humiliated by the professor in front of him.

“I..... uh,” stamred Zi Han but Prof. Quinn wouldn’t let him explain. He directly addressed Shorty instructing him to switch places with the vice class president.
If the professor only knew that he had just substituted a docile rabbit with a lioness he wouldn’t have made that suggestion.
Hela excitedly picked up her materials and swapped seats with Shorty. That smile on her face made her look like Christmas ca early. She was so excited that she rubbed Shorty’s hair on the way.
This was her chance to show her best side to Cadet Han. Yi Chen hadn’t expected the lecturer to make such an absurd move. He clenched his teeth and decided not to pay attention to them.

Hela originally wanted to wait until class ended to talk to him but she couldn’t help it. With her folded hand propping up her chin she smiled at Zi Han. In a soft whisper, she said, “I know you are single.”
Zi Han who was taking the coupling shaft apart with his ntal power suddenly lost control and the bolt fell to the floor with a loud clank. “Shit.....,” he muttered as he got up from the bar stool with his skirt swaying with his movents making it difficult for one to not make a double-take.

Zi Han thanked the person before he sat down with little to no self-awareness. If he only knew that there were nurous pairs of eyes following his perky ass he might have fought his grandpa over this punishnt.
As soon as he sat down Hela watched him a little smitten before saying, “You are single.... I am single so how about you try it with ?”
Zi Han, “.....”
He was just trying to learn and be a good student but it seed anyone sitting beside him didn’t want to give him a mont of peace. Without looking at her he answered truthfully, “My grandfather gave three rules before I enrolled.”
“Which are?” asked Hela a little interested.
“Well, one of them is that I stay away from anyone who can get pregnant and you vice class president.....” he said before turning his body in her direction, “are one such person.”
“Ha..... and what were the other two?” she curiously asked with the smile on her face getting deeper.
“Number two, stay away from the class president and three, no fighting,” he said with a slight quirk at the corner of his lips. She was curious to know what sort of conflict there was between Zi Han’s grandfather and Yi Chen but this wasn’t the right ti to satisfy her curiosity.
“It seed you already broke two of those rules so how about you break the last one?” she then proceeded to lean closer her gaze glancing at his skirt for a second before continuing, “We can arrange with our families and make a marriage contract for the future if you like. You don’t want to be pregnant neither do I so we can take things at a turtle’s pace.”
Forgive Hela for being so direct. This is why Yi Chen’s mother wasn’t too happy about her son finding a girl in the military. The mont anyone gets deployed it was difficult to determine whether they would live long enough to start a family hence when they et a suitable match they would imdiately lay their cards on the table.

With this kind of history, he didn’t even think about falling in love or marrying soone. “I am sorry but...” he said trying to co up with the least hurtful words he can think of when he heard an imperious voice hovering above him asking,
