471 I want him to be okay.

Zi Han saw them coming thus he shot them down and a series of explosions ripped through the air and it was felt above ground like there was an earthquake.

Zi Han remained sturdy walking through the fire looking for the man but like a cockroach, the man had disappeared in the blink of an eye.

Zi Han could care less about him. He was more concerned with his father thus he dashed through the cloud of dust and reached the healing capsule.

Before he opened it he took out his dical kit while calling out to Igneous. Igneous that had been blocked just now suddenly responded. Though its operations weren’t fully functional it was able to respond.

“Sir, don’t open the healing capsule. It would be much more troubleso to deal with the consequences,” said Igneous.

“Then what do I do? I can’t just leave him like this,” said Zi Han with a rare trace of anxiety in his voice.

“You see the dicine dispensers on the far end. Open them and connect the following dical cylinders in the prescribed order,” it said pulling out dical cylinders.

Zi Han took out the T40 and T31 but he couldn’t find the one marked T90. That’s because his usually calm mind was extrely panicked and with good reason. The series of explosions just now caused part of the ceiling to crack and as the debris fell onto the capsule it resulted in unntionable consequences. The light that was flashing just now turned urgent with the gap in between flashes virtually non-existent.

Zi Han’s hands trembled as he sifted through the dical cylinders. He was so close to saving his father but he was also afraid to ss things up. How was he ant to explain to his mother then? This fear of losing his father just as he found him grew stronger and stronger by the second.

.....

His ears began to ring his breathing quickening as he kept on turning over the dical kit several tis. His eyes that were swollen were now itchy as the antidote was taking effect. Zi Han’s anxiety level couldn’t help but skyrocket at this point.

Just as he was sinking deeper into this turmoil he heard a voice like that of an angel calling his na softly.

“Han Han.... Han Han can you hear ,” said the voice whispering in his ear.

Zi Han couldn’t help but spill out all his emotions at this mont. He was built to be calm in the most chaotic of situations but his current situation was the ultimate test for him.

“I can’t... I can’t find it. I am going to fail him. I am going to ss this up,” he said with the negativity spreading through the communication channel.

“Baby baby, calm down... okay? You won’t ss this up. Just take a breath and think of the mont your mother sees your father. Just picture it,” said Yi Chen while gasping in between as he ran back to the temple.

Zi Han’s fingers paused as he glanced at the dical cylinders absentmindedly. A chuckle suddenly escaped his throat before he said, “She might wrestle him in the training room.”

Yi Chen, “...”

He suddenly felt like he had it easy. What he didn’t know was that it depended on the duration of disappearance. Yi Chen was only gone for a short period but Yeoh Jun was gone for more than two decades so the reaction would be totally different.

“Okay okay, I wasn’t expecting that. But if you want your mother to wrestle your father then... keep calm, okay?” said Yi Chen and Zi Han closed his eyes taking a deep breath.

After calming down significantly, Zi Han started to look carefully. Two minutes later Zi Han held up the T90 he was looking for and heaved a sigh of relief.

He stood up and shook off his almost numb legs. Following the instructions given by Igneous Zi Han inserted the dical cylinders into the healing capsule. The T40 and the T90 were inserted simultaneously but the release rate was different with the T90 rushing in through the tubes into the patient’s bloodstream.

The flashing light suddenly slowed showing that Yeoh Jun was no longer in a critical condition. When the T31 was inserted Yeoh Jun’s heart rate seed to reduce drastically but Zi Han knew this was necessary. He anxiously stood next to the healing capsule while Yi Chen spoke to him trying to distract him.

“How is he?” asked Yi Chen as he ran up the stairs of the temple.

“He is okay. It’s just taking longer than expected... I want him to be okay... I don’t want to be here anymore. I want us to go ho,” said Zi Han while rubbing his forehead.

Yi Chen rushed in through the corridor while whispering, “We will go ho soon, okay.”

Zi Han nodded his head while staring at the light unblinkingly. The light that was flashing suddenly stopped and Zi Han held his breath while clenching his fist slightly.

After two to three seconds the red light that was as frozen as the still air in the room suddenly turned green and a pleasant sound echoed in the room.

“Patient’s vitals normal. Urgent dical inspection is required. Please make necessary arrangents,” said the calming female voice and Zi Han reached over to touch the healing capsule with his trembling hands.

“Can I open it?” asked Zi Han and Igneous hurriedly replied,

“Yes... sir. Please go ahead but be careful.”

Zi Han tapped the panel and his genetic coding was scanned before a soft click was heard. He felt his soul leave his body his entire person numb as he stared at his father lying in the healing capsule.

“Pa,” he whispered as he reached out to touch him.

anwhile, Yi Chen was rushing towards the elevator when he was t by heavy fire. He managed to hide behind a pillar and draw his weapon before returning fire.

Zi Han had no idea that his lover was under attack and Yi Chen didn’t tell him on purpose. It was because he didn’t want to ruin the reunion between father and son. Besides he sincerely believed he could handle this.
