258 The case of missing schlong
One after the other the questions were fired at him subsequently and Zi Han suddenly felt like he was on trial. The answer was simple. It was because he didn’t want to implicate Yi Chen thus he set off alone.

Yi Chen pushed back the strands of hair sticking to Zi Han’s forehead and continued to ask, “Because what?” He had no plans for letting Zi Han go without knowing the truth. He had already figured out Zi Han’s character.
If one doesn’t push him to speak he might never say it. Zi Han shuffled around until he lay in Yi Chen’s arms facing him. With his face plastered against Yi Chen’s chest, Zi Han said,
“I was afraid you wouldn’t want anymore. I was afraid you would be disgusted with and leave ,” replied Zi Han not even daring to look into Yi Chen’s eyes.
Yi Chen felt his heart twist painfully hearing Zi Han say that. He pinched Zi Han’s chin forcing him to look up taking Zi Han by surprise. “I will never not want you,” he said his eyes trembling slightly his insecurities coming to the surface, “Baby, you should understand one thing. You are stuck with for the rest of your life... I don’t plan on letting you go. No matter what you do, don’t you dare think it can get rid of . Do you understand?”

Zi Han’s breathing quickened as he stared into those eyes that were slowly luring him further into the pit. He was so certain Yi Chen wouldn’t want him. He had convinced himself that this man would stare at him with a look of disgust in his eyes just like in his nightmare.
Because of the excruciating pain and emotions, he felt in the dream it felt like it was real. Even when he woke up it was like his heart had been torn to pieces and the feeling wouldn’t easily go away.
Yi Chen didn’t even have to say anything thats because his love for Zi Han was clearly written on his face. Yi Chen was being extrely truthful and had made a silent pledge to protect him. This made Zi Han feel a little sourness rise to his chest.
“Why ?” he subconsciously asked his voice low. Judging from his expression he didn’t an to ask that.
Yi Chen stroked Zi Han’s hair as he whispered into his ear, “Because from tha first day we t my heart already belonged to you.”
Zi Han, “...”
How could he even counter that and if he does he might end up being the bad guy toying with one of the federation’s most eligible bachelors.
“How long have you been practicing in front of a mirror to say that?” asked Zi Han choosing to bully the federation’s most eligible bachelor instead.
Yi Chen who had practiced no less than five tis in front of a mirror, “...”

Hearing this Yi Chen smiled happily and he leaned down and kissed Zi Han while restraining him with his body. While the two were possibly starting sothing again, sothing specific only to lovers, Yi Chen received a ssage.
When he saw the content of the ssage a touch of malice flushed in his eyes with all that gentle softness from facing Zi Han gone.
Zi Han noticed sothing was wrong but he didn’t imdiately ask. It turns out Yi Chen wasn’t truly happy about the pri minister having a thing for his lover.
