Brock, Khan, and Jin said in order after the guard left us. I just shrugged my shoulders at them, we were already done eating.
"I’ll catch up to you guys before you even knew it."
The three laughed at my words and patted on the back, they told good luck.
"Watch us fight, we’ll show you how weak you are. Kehehehe..."
Brock said as he flexed his thick biceps at . I just stared at him with a frown.
Though, I’m actually curious how strong Brock and Khan are. I already saw Jin fight, but not them.
The four of us just talked for a bit more before I went back to my room and started training.
I don’t have access to the training ground anymore, it ended yesterday and I don’t have any battle points at the mont to pay for it. That’s why I’m back to training in my room.
Viktor, on the other hand, he’s still in the training ground—seems like he always keeps a decent amount of battle points so he can afford being there every day.
Anyway... I trained in my room like crazy, I can’t do much because of the lack of equipnt. But I still did everything I can.
’I’ll just consider this as my rest until the event.’
Except for not being able to go to the training ground, my routine remained the sa.

"Your fight is the one before the main event, I don’t know if you’re lucky or not."

That’s right, my fight... It’s before the main match.
And by the way—Jin’s fighting first, Khan is after him, then Brock third... Soone else will fight after him, and my match is the fifth one.
"By the ti of your match, the audience will already be impatient for the main one. They would boo even though you guys haven’t started yet, and they won’t care much about the whole thing."
Khan explained.
"But if you do very well, and you wow the audience—then your value as a fighter here will rise like crazy, if not... It will decrease by a lot too."

"HELLO EVERYONE!!! IT’S TI FOR ANOTHER BLOODY EVENT TODAY!!!"
The announcer declared with a loud voice.
"SO WITHOUT FURTHER ADO—LET’S START WITH OUR FIRST MATCH!!!"

And then, he called for Jin and his opponent—
"JIN VERSUS TIMMY!!! TWO FIGHTERS FROM THE SILVER RANKS—KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR THEIR MATCH!!!"
Jin stood up from being seated and unsheathed two machetes and held one in each hand.
"I won’t take long."
And after saying that with a calm expression on his face, he stepped outside into the arena.
"JIN! JIN! JIN!"
"WHOAAAAAAAHHH!!!"
The crowd went wild as he got out.

Jin really didn’t take long as he said.
His fight only lasted for about five minutes! He rushed at his opponent as soon as the fight started... And they began clashing. Jin’s machetes against Timmy’s big mace.
But later on—he started gaining the upper hand.
Then... He was able to parry Timmy’s weapon up, and while his hands were in the air—
SLASH!
Jin went and decapitated him.

"JIN THE BUTCHER WON!!!"
Jin went back to the waiting room as soon as his victory was announced. The crowd was cheering behind him.

We just stared at him as he swung his machetes to flick off the blood on them.
"Looks like it’s my turn now."
Khan mumbled.
"You should’ve dragged it a bit longer, I wanted to rest a bit more."
He added, looking at Jin.
Jin just shrugged and smirked at him.
Then after that—
"NOW...! FOR THE SECOND MATCH—LET’S WELCO TWO MORE SILVER RANKS—KHAN AND GOBONG!!!"
The announcer called for the next fighters.
"Hmm, I’ll be back quick."
And with that, Khan went out to the arena.
"WAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
"KILL EACH OTHER!!!"
The audience were as loud as ever.

Then the Gobong guy went out too, holding a heavy axe. His weapon was much bigger than Umar’s.
(Umar was Kaiser’s first opponent in the coliseum.)
anwhile—Khan was wielding a full tal spear.

Khan and Gobong stared at each other. The tension around them got thicker as the audience started cheering louder.
And not long after they got ready—
"START!!!"
The announcer started their match.
BAM!
Khan imdiately leaped forward, and when he got close to his opponent—he thrust his spear forward!
SWOOSH—
TANG!
But Gobong easily blocked it with the head of his battle axe. He then slithered to the side and moved forward too... And when Khan entered his attack range—
WHOOSH—!!
He swung his weapon with both hands as strong as he could!
TIIIING!!!
Khan blocked it with the tal body of his spear and sparks flew everywhere from the impact!
SSHIIIIIICK—!!
He skidded back because of how strong Gobong’s attack was. Khan was slightly frowning.
Then—
CLANG!
Khan raised his hands, flinging Gobong’s hands upward too!
"!!!"
And as both of their hands were like that—
BAM!
Khan kicked Gobong in the stomach.
"GAH?!!"
Gobong slouched forward from the pain. But at that mont—
TONK—!
Khan brought his spear and hit Gobong at the back of his head with the tal body!
"?!!"
Gobong was lucky that he was wearing an iron helt, if not—his head would’ve been split open by now!
But still—his vision blurred as his brain got shook.
Bam!
Gobong decided to jump back and recover.
And seeing him do that...
’Yeah, I already won this match.’
Khan thought that.
He raised his empty left hand forward... And Gobong looked at it curiously.
Then with a small smile on his face—
"Co."
Khan said that, provoking his opponent.
And Gobong, being an idiot that he was—
"DIEEEEEE!!!"
BAM!
He fell from it and rushed at Khan.
TANG! CLANG! TINK! THUNK—!
The two exchanged attacks in the middle of the arena.
Each swing of Gobong were powerful and dangerous... While Khan’s spear was fast and deadly.
Then—
SWISH—
Khan thrust his spear forward again, aiming at Gobong’s pelvis!
Gobong doesn’t want to move, but of course he didn’t want to get hit too, and so—
TONK!
He shielded his pelvis with the head of his weapon and blocked Khan’s attack.
Though, as soon as he did that—
’Got you.’
Khan smiled.
THWACK!
And then he extended his right hand forward and slamd the back part of his spear on Gobong’s jaw!
"URGH?!!"
Gobong staggered back and weakened upon being hit.
And in that split second—
TING!
Khan parried Gobong’s weapon away, making him wide open for attacks! And without hesitation...
Phuck! Phuck!
Khan stabbed each of Gobong’s legs precisely and swiftly!
Thud-
"GRAAAAA!!!"
Gobong fell on his knees, screaming in pain. And before he could even recover from that—
"Good bye."
Fwip—
Khan clenched his right hand and held his spear tightly.
S W O O S H—!
Then he thrust it forward at Gobong’s head with all his might!
And before the tip of his spearhead could even reach its target—
Fwip!
Swoosh!
Khan suddenly rotated his his arm along with his weapon! And with that—
SPLASH!
His spear drilled through Gobong’s head, leaving a big hole on it—his brain was smashed to pieces!
