I apologize to everyone but I still have a very difficult but last exam left for tomorrow due to which I can only deliver the extra chapters of this week on this Tuesday.
I ask for your understanding and hope you don't mind too much.

'Divine demon sword art'
'Eclipse of the dark moon.' As I executed another sword technique of the divine demon sword art, the sword trembled as my power emitted through it.
It was clear that the sword was not enough to bear the strain of the divine demon sword art and my power. I needed a better weapon.
Maybe it was high ti to make my own sword.
Granted I wouldn't be able to make sothing at the level of the sword of the archangel, but I would still be able to craft a divine-grade weapon if I could sohow gather the ingredients.
[Or you could just take one]
She took the words straight out of my mouth.
The cursed sword that I graciously gave to the empire was a good fit for . All that was left was to take it.
As the seven subsequent moves were executed, the heads of two B ranks were chopped off while three were injured. Still, there were around twenty of them and so of them weren't even affected by my technique because it dwindled out after going through many bodies.
But it did make them wary of and that was more than enough at the mont.
I couldn't execute another move of the divine demon sword art but I could still bluff and throw them off their feet with my power.
[Magic cannon x200]
I shot another good amount of [Magic cannons] and executed sword moves at the sa ti. They weren't from my primary sword art but the sword technique used was still sothing to worry about.
It was as if my sword was slithering through the people like a snake and leaving wounds on their bodies. A very fast snake I must say.
Of course, the moves weren't completely loose. So rigidness due to my choice of weapon still remained and so experienced ones were to block that.
"Fire flow!" I heard a shout from my west side but I didn't bother turning.
[Celestial guard]
The transparent shield that appeared around protected from the mage's spell and blocked another attack from an axe user. However, I couldn't bear the third attack and it broke down but it was enough ti for to use [Magic cannons] along with consuming an MP recovery potion.
The [Magic cannons] threw those near to a distance and seriously wounded them as well.
But before I could finish them, another spell was fired at which forced to dodge and move away from the seriously wounded ones.
My MP was going down like crazy as if soone had opened a tap at full speed and it was flowing out of it.
It was a blessing that my body was resistant to the MP recovery potion otherwise it would have been a problem just like the stamina potions.
[Eclipse]
Another eclipse helped to disarray my enemies, granting the opportunity to attack so of them and kill another two in the process. Still, I had only killed four and there were still many of them uninjured and only a few with injuries.
The good news was that the knight on the other side wasn't doing any better as well so he was preoccupied for the mont. And to be honest, he was the only threat to .
I kept my eyes on him throughout the fight. He was nothing like the B rank knight of the fatso duke. This one was strong. Very strong.
His techniques weren't third-rate as well. They were great. If he wasn't limited by the level of this artifact, he would have been way stronger than so B rank nobody.
Each and every movent of his was conserved, with no wasted movent in between and no unnecessary execution as well.
He was an almost perfect warrior.
[It bothers you, doesn't it?]
It definitely does. How was he able to bear the impact of the [Eternal night]? These questions were enough to birth many more but no answer for them ca in sight.
Except for one.
There was no life to gain.
He was already dead.
[Magic cannon x100]
Well, he wasn't going anywhere and neither were my own opponents until I killed them so… let's kill.
[Eternal night]
As soon as I activated the skill after going even deeper into the enemy territory, people began to get sluggish and soon began to die whereas I swung my sword without caring for the damage that was being inflicted on because it healed as soon as I was injured even in the slightest.
But that didn't do anything about the pain.
I will tell you that getting an arrow straight into your eye and ending out of your other side was no little thing.
Other than the fact that the pain was a little too much, nothing really hindered my movents.
If I couldn't kill a soldier with just one attack, the effect of the [Eternal night] would take care of that and kindly kill that person for .
Nevertheless, killing four thousand people wasn't a piece of cake and so far, the number of people who died at my hand was only 1007.
Oh yeah, I was keeping a count.
I always kept a count.
[MP recovery potion has been consud]
[MP has been fully restored]
I consud the tenth potion when I finally killed the last B rank in the other army. My skill also ended at that mont. As for the rest, so had abandoned posts while so surrendered and so still held slight intentions of fighting but their bodies weren't listening to them.
[That probably accounts for your appearance]
Well, I had killed a good number of people so it made sense that I was covered from head to toe in blood.
My hair also had a few chunks of flesh in it. Not a good feeling.
Step.
While I still stood still, gathering my breath, I heard a firm and heavy step. Then another and then another. And then, they just kept coming. As if the entire battlefield was quiet and only those steps along with my breaths were making any sound in the entire area.
I turned to look at the owner of those overbearing steps.
The knight who was dead.
The Death Knight.
The situation on the other side of the battlefield was sowhat similar to mine. Just like I had massacred a good number of soldiers here. The death knight had also massacred a good number of people on my side.
All the B ranks and commander-rank soldiers were dead. The death knight wasn't interested in killing the lower-level ones, probably thinking of letting the low-level army clash it out together.
After all, his target was .
Well, not but I was the only one left who was strong enough to face him just as he was the only one strong enough left to face .
His steps didn't stop until he ca close to , very close. Just at an arm's length away, he stopped.
No words were said and no movents were made.
Finally, I was the one who spoke, "So, a death knight. That's an achievent."
The knight didn't move nor did he say anything.
He calmly reached for his helt and took it off.
Underneath, was a handso man who was in the middle ages. Around forty-five years old.
And just so it happened, the duke was also around that age.
A strange coincidence, wasn't it?
"So I take it my team is following the wrong lead," I said, referring to Asmara and the rest.
The man smiled and said, "Well, I had to also give the impression that you were right."
"Of course you did," I said.
Had he not sent his own soldiers when I instructed Asmara to find any hidden passages from where the duke could escape, I would have surely picked up that sothing was wrong.
And to make sure I didn't think that way, he sent his own soldiers just so I could cent my decision.
"Why though? None of them were strong enough to threaten you." I asked before it clicked in my mind, "Unless…"
"Correct. Three of them had divine energy emitting from them. Harmful to a dead person like ." The duke said.
I nodded and said, "Well, that certainly makes sense."
Well, of course, it did. The divine energy was dangerous to the undead. That was a fact that was universally known.
So when he saw all of them going away, he thought he was getting lucky as hell and sent his own n to keep them busy.
A great strategy, smart to the point that even I had to applaud him. No doubt, the duke was smart, smarter than many I have faced so far.
However, he forgot to take in one point.
So, far he had only seen execute death elent skills such as [Eclipse] and [Eternal night].
And since light elent skills don't have much light in them to the point that it was threatening to him, he was never wary of .
But, "Did you know?"
"What?" He asked, amused at my reaction.
"Life is stronger than divine energy," I smirked as the light strand in my abdon began to tremble and began coursing through my body at breakneck speed.
"Well, in one sentence, you're fu*ked."
