Jiang ng turned around as she stared at Ling Yu with a provoking smile, to which Ling Yu couldn’t help but roll her eyes.

’Still so childish, I didn’t understand back then, but it’s different now. I can’t believe I got all riled up and upset over these childish provocations...’

Ling Yu clicked her tongue in regret as she turned around, prepared to return to her own work. But Jiang ng didn’t seem to feel the sa; she was dead set on provoking Ling Yu today.

"Hey! Wait there, Rui! Oh no, I forgot you aren’t called Rui anymore, right? Your na is now... Ling Yu, right, sister?" Jiang ng was persistent in pursuing her as she didn’t let Ling Yu get out of the classroom, pressing her hand on Ling Yu’s shoulder with a threatening force that seed to say: Take one step out of this room, and I’ll make sure you regret it!

However, Ling Yu slapped her hand off her shoulder without any rcy as she turned around, her voice cold as ice, "Is there sothing you need, Princess?"

"Ah, ah! Sister Yu, why are you being so cold and distant? Even if you are a forr princess and now an excommunicated, you are still a family to ! Look, I even signed you up for the tour so that you won’t need to be the one left behind when we are all out having fun! Are you still mad at for taking your place? Is that why you are treating like this?!"

Jiang ng’s tears ca out naturally as she took a few steps back, staggering away from Ling Yu, trying to make her look bad to the best of her ability.

Even though she looked like a pathetic and weak, fragile bunny that could faint at any mont, the hatred in her eyes was very clear. It seems like she was extrely pissed that all the assassination attempts failed, and now she plans to personally take care of her in the tour?

When the students around them started blaming her for making the Princess cry, what would she look like then?

So what if Ling Yu was fine after being attacked by all those assassins? I can still tornt her however I want! That’s what she deserves for stealing my position and acting as a fake princess!

I can also destroy her image and break her as long as I like it! I can take everything that was supposed to be hers! And she can do nothing but to see take away everything from her bit by bit!

The plan was perfect, as expected, guys were trying to catch her from staggering and falling on the floor, while so were blaming Ling Yu for pushing her away and making her cry.

But when Jiang ng sneaked a peek at Ling Yu, expecting to see a miserable expression, the scene before her eyes made her shudder in horror.

’W-what is this?’

What’s with that gaze?

Jiang ng never saw such a horribly cold gaze in her entire life, because nobody could bear to look at her that way.

To everyone, she was a piece of sunshine reigning over them like the light of their life, a kind and benevolent saint that illuminated countless dark hearts. Even the coldest and hardest heart lted with just a bright smile on her face; isn’t that always the case?

Even when people hate her, at the sa ti, they can’t help but love her. So why?

Why did that girl look at her like that?

Jiang ng’s eyes were wide in shock as she stared blankly at the ceiling, to the point of forgetting to talk.

’Pathetic.’

Ling Yu thought as she turned around, she didn’t expect that a light pressure of intimidation would make her act like that. Ling Yu wondered what she would be like when faced with a true monster in the future.

No wonder the Royal family didn’t let her go on any expedition to raid the dungeons and always sent a substitute to fight instead.

’She ca to provoke with that kind of strength? How foolish, does she think I’m still that sa pushover like that ti?’

Ling Yu thought as she stared at Jiang ng with dead, cold eyes. She didn’t expect that girl to stop provoking her after all those countless failed attempts at assassination. However, she didn’t think she would be so brazen as to co here directly. Does she think I won’t do anything to her just because she has power?

The things Jiang ng thought she took away from Ling Yu weren’t actually things she ever wanted. Because Ling Yu knew from a young age that those things weren’t ant for her, and the things Ling Yu had, Jiang ng didn’t know about them, nor could she take them even if she wanted.

Ling Yu walked over to Jiang ng, who was on the ground. Crouching down, she smirked as she got closer and whispered in her ear, "What? Are you worried about what I am doing here, and why didn’t your people return to the Palace? Tsk. tsk. It’s really sothing you should reflect on, sending those weaklings, what are you thinking about? Isn’t it about ti you sent so decent people or gave up?"

Ling Yu pulled back as she looked Jiang ng straight into her eyes, piercing her soul with a sharp and cold gaze that the girl had never experienced.

"Isn’t it about ti you matured a bit, Princess? Do you think you can provoke so easily with your petty show off? The things you think you took from are scraps that I didn’t want to keep. Are you that happy to take them away from and get rid of my burden?"

"Not only that, but clinging to like this? You keep coming back to even if I stay away from you. You are doing so many things for , even getting a place to go on a tour. No way, don’t tell you like , princess? Even if you do, it’s a bit..."

"Please forget this delusion, Princess. We aren’t ant to be, as I’m into n, not won. Let’s end this here, don’t look for again." With a playful smile tugging in the corner of her lips, Ling Yu stood up straight.

Jiang ng took a mont to process what she had just heard, but before she could co back to her senses, she heard the sound of gasps and shocked murmurs surrounding them.

"The princess? Is that true?"

"No wonder, the princess’s obsession with Ling Yu does seem like..."

"I didn’t know her preferences..."

"Wait! What are you guys talking about? I..."

Before Jiang ng could process the words, Ling Yu was already prepared to leave as she took Ru Feifei and left the room.

Ling Yu said the last words loudly and deliberately, so that all the students present could hear her words.

"Pfft... hahahah!" As soon as they were out, Ru Feifei wasn’t able to hold back her laughter anymore as she laughed out loud, barely holding her breath.

"That was so entertaining! I can’t believe you did this to her, that girl... hahaha!"

"Was it really that entertaining?" Ling Yu smirked as she glanced at Ru Feifei, turning sideways.

"What do you an, didn’t you see the expression on the guys standing there? Those faces that seed like they could crumble down at any mont, it was so stupid...!"

"Well, who told her to co and annoy at all tis? I’m already busy as it is with all the work at hand. And now she just made trouble for by dragging into sothing she shouldn’t have. How do you expect to treat her if not like this?" Ling Yu shrugged her shoulders as they walked in front of the Gate.

"See you tomorrow then, Feifei. I can’t hang out with you today, I have so work on hand." Ling Yu was truly in a hurry, since she must go and attend the auction tonight. She needs to prepare so things beforehand.

"But, are you really coming to the tour? If you don’t, then I’m not going as well." Ru Feifei looked unsure as she asked Ling Yu, as if afraid of hurting her feelings.

Contrary to that, Ling Yu turned around as she revealed a smile, her voice calm and reassuring, "It’s alright. Since I’m going to use soone else’s free money, what’s the problem with enjoying a bit?"
