Chapter 606: Elly and Lisa
Eren instinctively took a stance, and pulled his arms in feeling an intense sense of danger. The next thing he knew was an impact, and he heard the bones in his arm crack before his body slamd into the wall beside. And, he collapsed onto the ground below.
"I wonder who was foolish enough to send a pest like you after ," Axel said with a wry smile, as he slowly walked up to Eren.
'Damn it! What's going on?' Eren looked at Axel in confusion. He didn't know why the guy had suddenly attacked like this. Secondly, he didn't rember Axel being so strong.
Literally any mber in the team could have beaten the guy in close combat.
'Ahh!' Eren groaned inwardly.
The kick hurt like hell. He could even feel sweetness rising up his throat.The attack had really shook his body's internal structure. He could barely even open his mouth due to pain.
At this mont, thin black threads began to appear all around this person. And, Eren imdiately felt a terrifying feeling. It definitely resembles that of Axel's black runes, but the difference was world class.
The thing before him was almost making him bow in reverence. He really never had felt like this. The mana in his body was imdiately sealed, and the one available in his surroundings imdiately disappeared.
"It's ti for you to go," Axel said with a smile as he raised his hand with an open palm, and the black threads began to circle around Eren.
"....Axel.." Eren muttered with difficulty feeling the grim reaper's scythe coming down on him.
"Hmmn?" Axel who was about to clench his fist, and end the farce suddenly stopped. And, a frown imdiately appeared on his face as he took a step ahead and pulled the disguise off of Eren's face.
'This guy?' He tried to rember him and a few seconds later, realization seed to have struck him.
"What terrible luck!" Axel groaned before putting his palm over Eren's head, and the next instant, Eren's head tilted below.
He had fainted.
This person obviously wasn't Axel, but Naze.
"Why the hell were you following ?" He asked with a sigh, but Eren obviously wasn't answering him now.
In the end, he just picked his phone, and dialed Max's number.

Max had just co out from the spirit world, and was dead tired. He took off his sunglasses, and looked at himself in the mirror.
His eyes still had a shade of pink to them, and if he concentrated hard. He could even get them out for a while. Right now, he was good to go. And, could truly control himself.
'Are you sure this is fine, Andriel?' Max asked in confirmation.
'Yes,' Andriel replied with a smile.
'But, there is still this shade of pink left a bit,' Max said with a frown.
'Well, that much is needed. It won't make people go crazy. But, they will definitely think that you are very handso, and charming.'
'That still sounds troubleso..' Max shook his head, and sighed.
At this mont, his phone suddenly began to ring.
He looked at the na to see who was calling, and it turned out to be from Naze.
"Hello?" Max picked it up, but a second into the conversation, his face turned dark.

Lorenz Residence.
"You guys are finally here," Elly invited the newly arrived guests inside.
"Thank you, for having over…" Rias said with a smile, and Elly just shook her head with a light smile in response.
"Is there anything wrong, Aria?" Elly asked, realizing that she had been staring at her the whole ti.
"No, nothing.." Aria shook her head before she was pulled by the excited Janet inside.
"We need to talk," Lisa lightly muttered to Elly, and she turned to look at her in confusion.
But, when she saw the serious look on Lisa's face, she just gave her a light nod.
She then led Lisa away with the excuse of showing her the washroom.

"What's wrong?" Elly looked at Lisa when the two were finally alone.
"There is a bit of trouble…" Lisa said with a nervous look on her face.
"Is this related to us.." Elly asked with a frown.
Lisa clearly understood what 'us' ant, and imdiately nodded.
"Aria knows about you and Max dating…" Lisa smiled helplessly with a troubled look on her face.
"It's fine, I was prepared for it when I deliberately told his friends about it." Elly shook her head before looking at Lisa, "But, are you fine with it?"
"I-I.." Lisa didn't know how to respond to that. "I don't know…"
"But, I don't want this to co out in front of everyone just yet," Lisa said while lowering her head.
"True," Elly couldn't help but agree.
They still had a long ti until sothing concrete happened. It would be just a bit too much if it all ca out right now.
Not to ntion, the biggest worry they had was…
"Max needs ti, I don't think we should get this thing out just yet.." Elly said, looking at Lisa.
She knew that she was being a bit unfair to Lisa. After all, a few people accepted her as Max's girlfriend, while Lisa had to pretend to be just friends with him when Elly was the one to have co later in the picture. That definitely didn't sound correct.
"You are right.." Lisa nodded, she actually couldn't agree anymore to it. As for the problem of not being able to speak about their relationship in public, well it indeed was a bit upsetting. But, she really liked this secretive kind of stuff more.
"But, the problem doesn't end here." Lisa further added before speaking with a bit of hesitation, "I don't know what happened, but I think Aria is suspecting and Max.."
"And…" She went on to explain to her what had happened earlier. After all, Elly still had no idea that Lisa was now a heartbroken pitiful girl who had been rejected by her crush. Basically, the two should be rivals in love. And, in people's eyes, she had been made to taste dirt by Elly.
"..."
Elly was really speechless after hearing that. In such a situation, it would really be awkward for them to be friends if it really had happened in reality.
"You guys really couldn't have co up with anything better?" Elly asked with a sigh.
