Chapter 501: An Angel and A Succubus
Max sat there looking at the silent Andriel allowing her to have her ti. He didn't have any idea just how sensitive the topic was to her and hence, it was better not to rush her.
After a few minutes, Andriel looked at Max biting her lips before finally speaking as she lowered her head, "I was cursed…"
The words made Max frown. He didn't expect sothing like that.
Andriel's shoulder quivered as she further continued, "Cursed to eternal life and loneliness...I was born just to suffer..."
"It was tough...It was very tough all this ti…" Andriel's face began to tear up as the emotions overwheld her. She couldn't help but cry out like a child.
This was the true Andriel…..
Max sat there looking at her tearing her heart out. He really hated himself fo taking it so long to notice this. He hated himself for not realising the truth behind her prevented act.
'Just what have I been seeing all this ti...' Max suddenly reached out to her and pulled her into his embrace trying to comfort her.
He didn't know what she had gone through, but he could feel the sadness that she had been holding back all along. It was finally bursting out today.
He suddenly felt a rage lighting up in his heart…He wanted to find out who was responsible for this...
"Who did it?" Max asked lightly.
Andriel clenched Max's shirt as she spoke, "My father….''
Max's mind went blank for a second. He couldn't get a grasp at it, he even felt that he might have heard it wrong. But Andriel's intense cry proved that he didn't…
Just what kind of person was this man? How could soone do that to one's own daughter?
Andriel's cries rang out for a while before finally calming down and she slowly continued.
Andriel's mother belonged to the Succubus race while her father was the son of the Head of the Angel Clan.
Their love story was a very famous one in the upper dinsion. At least it used to be before the tragedy.
The Succubus Clan and the Angel clan could be said to be polar opposite after all.
According to the words around, the succubus clan didn't have a good reputation for obvious reasons. They heavily indulge themselves in sexual pleasure at reaching adulthood and it was like a second nature to them. They had to do so to live. One could go without food for a day but not pleasure…
Of course, this was a bit exaggerated but the truth was not far from it. This was how Succubus were made…it was not a problem but a characteristic.
Andriel's mother t her father in her teenage years. He was attracted to her and it was love at first sight. To her mother, it was no different than a love from a fairy tale considering people's perception about succubus...
The two naive young people didn't seem to have any idea about how difficult this love was going to be and went ahead with it. Crossing every line and falling deeper in love with each other.
The childish love wouldn't last long and the ti ca to make a decision for life…
Angels were very few in numbers but very strong. They were aloof creatures and it was very clear that they wouldn't be accepting a Succubus in them.
Succubus weren't any different. They were looked down upon by most of the people due to the heavily misguided perception about them, which made their unity the strongest in the entire Upper Dinsion. Hence, the Succubus were not so fond of other races as well.
The Queen of Succubus at that ti, warned Andriel's mother that it wouldn't end well but she didn't heed her words.
The entire upper dinsion was in an uproar when they ca out with their relationship.
But one had to say, her father was determined. He was willing to leave the clan if it ant being with Andriel's mother.
Andriel's father was soone the Angel's couldn't let go at any cost.
Why?
Because he was the Dinsional Seed.
An existence who none could compare to...Only once in a while will a Dinsional seed be born.
Every ti a dinsional seed is born, it would an a crisis deep enough to threaten the existence of a dinsion was about to co.
A Dinsional seed when fully matured could use the dinsional power reaching an extrely terrifying level.
Just to remind you, the reason that people from different dinsions can't travel to each other's dinsion because of the Dinsional Force...one can just imagine how overbearing it is if it can have such a strong restraining ability.
So, how could the Angels let such a person leave…they had to give in.
Ti passed and very soon after their marriage, Andriel's mother beca pregnant with her.
It was here that things started to go wrong.
The Angel's had a low population and it was all because the fertility rate among them were very low...on an average, a couple needed 30 to 40 years worth of ti to conceive a child if they got lucky...and the probability of a second child was even low..
And yet, they seed to have lucked out on it.
But the people didn't seem to think that way though, rumours started to float around that her mother was having an affair...the child belonged to soone else…after all, a Succubus was a Succubus…
That there was no way she could hold herself back for long tis when Andriel's father was out on the front lines against the war with the Nether Realm.
Andriel's father didn't believe it at all and his trust never wavered even though he began to be treated as a joke in the world.
Even though there was no proof of his wife's adultery, he couldn't just stop the people from thinking and speaking what they wanted…
But one day, things took a turn. When Andriel's father returned from the front line, he found his wife locked up in the punishnt hall.
She was apparently caught red handed while cheating with a servant.
Andriel's father was in shock, her mother constantly denied any of those allegations but the evidence was as clear as day.
Not only that, later, more than half of the male servants in the house who were her father's trusted people admitted to be chard by her. Even her father's best friend admitted that he too had been chard by her. Everyone knew how powerful a succubus's charming power were...there was no way soone could resist her...
It was one thing after another and there literally was no way out for her…
Yet, her father took her out and brought her back.
But the distance between the two lovers increased...no matter how much she denied it, her father could no longer trust her mother like he previously did….
Because, he couldn't understand why the friend who gave his life for him in the next battle would lie to him....
Even at his dying breath, the guy begged forgiveness for being chard and destroying their friendship.

The more he loved her, the harder it was to bear the pain of heartbreak…
Andriel's mother pleaded to him asking him to believe her, but things were no longer the sa. Even though he still didn't believe the thing as he heard it, the seeds of doubts had been sown.
Then one day, her father saw sothing which made him erupt in anger.
He caught her in the act. At least that was what was said, but Andriel's mother had denied it till her last breath….
No one knew who was right and who was wrong...but...it was what that had created the monster of the new generation, the person most feared in the Upper Dinsion after the Asura King, Heaven…She was...
