Apart from these inhabited islands, Shi Feiyang also moved nurous uninhabited but valuable islands into the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain.
Such islands are more abundant in the South Sea and North Sea, where one side is hot and sunny, and the other is extrely cold, never seeing sunlight throughout the year. These extre ecological environnts have nurtured different types of life forms.
However, the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain is too hot, and the resources from the cold places of the North Sea, even if moved over, cannot survive and will extinguish themselves after a period.
For example, Long Night Island and Ancestor Xian Kong’s Wuding Island are covered with snow all year round, rarely seeing sunlight, fostering many rare plants and animals inside. Long Night Island has Gui Mansion Dan Pogranate and many large and small demon beasts.

Shi Feiyang wants to create a cold area on the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain.
Actually, the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain isn’t always this hot. It just happens to be attracted by the Antarctica Earth, landed here, right beneath the Sun, and always facing such.
Once in the future the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain flies away, leaving here, flying into the universe, or towards the Heavenly Worlds, it might beco cold.
Therefore, Shi Feiyang wants to change the structure and environnt of the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain.
He also has two major plans, one is to construct the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain into a spherical shape, transforming it into a planet, having North and South Pole, equator, up and down, left and right, and living space in all directions.
This requires its size to be large enough. Currently, the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain is about one third of the Moon in size, barely enough to beco a planet, but the gravitational pull is too small.
And the larger the size, the more difficult the future ascension becos.
Using things from the sky to increase the size would be better than using those from the ground.

The core energy of the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain is constantly increasing, and the remaining star sands pile up into mountains, increasing the size of the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain.
These are all from outer space, although not comparable to the Nine Heavens Immortal Spirit Pure Qi, it’s still better for future ascension than the turbid heavy stuff on Earth.
The speed is sowhat slow though... Shi Feiyang is worried, at its current rate of increase, it seems the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain won’t beco a planet before the Dharma Decline Era arrives.
He also plans to set up a Hell, so that after the creatures of the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain die, their souls can return here and reincarnate directly, forming an internal cycle.
But these are not the most important. What’s more crucial is to walk on two legs; he has another direction, which is to transform the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain into a Cave Heaven World.
In Shu Mountain, those who can open up a Cave Heaven Small World are not many, and the spaces are very limited. For example, like the Red Lotus Demon, with a length and width of only several hundred miles, the largest and most famous is the Iron City Mountain World, which almost counts as a Small Heavenly World. Moving the mountain peak islands, and various major palaces are grand projects; even with the great technique to move mountains and overturn seas, and having sufficiently large ships, enough Daoist Soldiers, it still takes years to move everything in from the Four Seas.
During this period, it was ti for Xiong Man Niang and Shi Sheng’s ascension.
Both have completed their cultivation and are prepared to ascend; they haven’t taken on disciples, leaving their respective Flying Sword Magical Treasures to Shi Feiyang, with Shi Sheng only wearing a Yin Ring from the Heavenly Heart Ring.
Shi Feiyang personally protected them, and many fellow disciples ca to see them off.

Disciples had hoped to wait until Master achieves Dao, and ascend together, but my roots are shallow, afraid of mishaps, dragging down Master, can only ascend to the Spiritual Space first, waiting for Master and all the junior disciples and sisters."
She bid farewell to Deng Ba Gu, Lin Han and others in turn, finally kneeling to Shi Feiyang with one more request: "My senior sister Luo Ziyuan and junior sister Xiao have celestial roots far superior to mine, by calculation they ought to ascend soon..."
There was a ti when Luo Ziyuan and Xiao Nineteen Sister were very unhappy with her, but in those years, they apprenticed together on Min Mountain, known in Jianghu as the fad Min Mountain Three Heroines, ultimately tied by the bonds of the past, bones broken yet joined by tendons. Luo Ziyuan was only displeased by her lancholy over the past, regarding Master Nine-fingered Dragon Mother’s arrangent by Kong Reverend as regressive and not favorable to her apprenticing with an outsider, but later the relationship among the three gradually improved. When one encounters difficulties, the other two would wholeheartedly assist, Xiong Man Niang pleaded with Shi Feiyang: "If they encounter any distress or constraint, please, Master, extend a helping hand."
Shi Feiyang agreed to all, followed by Shi Sheng.
Shi Sheng knelt directly on the ground, hugging Shi Feiyang’s leg, crying uncontrollably.
He couldn’t bear to part with Shi Feiyang, nor with his fellow disciples, especially Lin Han, with whom he had the closest relationship. After crying while hugging Shi Feiyang, he turned to cry while hugging Lin Han.
If it weren’t for his mother Lu Rongbo being in Heaven, he wouldn’t agree to leave.
Shi Feiyang coaxed him with a smile: "Alright, alright, with you being so reluctant, you might not be able to ascend even if you wanted to later, or you might even cause your Yang God to retreat. Besides, don’t we still have the Heavenly Heart Ring?"

Xiong Man’s inherent nature was too poor, achieving Heavenly Immortal status in one lifeti was too forced, belonging to the category of Corpse Transformation, the lowest rank of Heavenly Immortals, just like Lu Rongbo in the past.

Everyone below waved goodbye to them, and they clasped their hands in salute from above.
With them guarding here, no one in this world could stop it, the two ascended smoothly to the Nine Heavens, finally disappearing into the void.
The two had already beco Heavenly Immortals, and there was no benefit in leaving their bodies behind. Shi Feiyang instructed Deng Bagu and Lin Han to take them out separately, burn them with True Fire, and return the ashes to the mountains and forests.
Shi Sheng’s ascension was also an experint by Shi Feiyang, to see if constant communication between the celestial and mortal realms was possible.
The communication between the two realms spanned a thousand miles, with the father of Lady Baoxiang, Old Man Xuě Xuě, along with Old Buddha Chì Lì, Poison Dragon Venerable, and the Ei Sect also praying to Master Chang i. In the original text, the Ei Sect opened its headquarters, and Zen Master Xiao Yue was captured by Tian ng, Fen Tuo, and others, taken to Ei Mountain. Since Heaven is Yang and Earth is Yin, if the Yang Ring goes to Heaven and the Yin Ring goes to Earth, with Qiantian above and Kund Earth below, it forms a Heaven and Earth No hexagram, where the heavenly and earthly energies do not communicate.
They had the Yin Ring ascend to Heaven and the Yang Ring descend to Earth, reversing them, forming an Earth and Heaven Tai hexagram, where earthly energy descends and heavenly energy ascends, allowing for the harmony of Heaven and Earth through mutual exchange.

Heaven is unlike the Earth; Heavenly Immortals entering Heaven must be conferred by heavenly decree, receive clerical positions, similar to becoming a civil servant. They have many people to et and experience many things, constrained by heavenly laws.

Heaven is filled with Heavenly Immortals and Golden Immortal talents; if he directly made contact, it would easily be discovered by a master. In such a case, Shi Sheng could face punishnt, and if he were demoted down to the Lower Realm it would be better, but if subjected to heavenly punishnt or even taken to the Immortal Slaying Stage or Execution Platform, it would harm Shi Sheng.
After all, no one knows just how stringent these heavenly laws can be.
Shi Feiyang continued to oversee the transformation of the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain and the relocation and settlent of the assembled immortals while patiently waiting.
Unexpectedly, over three months passed before the Heavenly Heart Ring reacted for the first ti!
The Heavenly Heart Ring is a supre treasure that aligns one’s heart with the heavenly heart. Both master and disciple had conducted sacrificial refinent of it, allowing for heart-to-heart communication through this treasure.
