Everyone watched through the crystal ball as the entire Mingyu Immortal Market transford into a sea of flas, with over thirty people from the Huashan Sect maneuvering their flying swords, soaring and weaving through the waves of fire.

So wielded fans, fanning out flas in waves; others poured out fire from gourds like water; yet others tossed Fiery Fire Thunder Pearls in all directions; and so conjured countless Fire Birds and Fire Bulls that ran and soared.

Aside from Ling Hun, Cui Wugu, and Jiang Shu, who saw so clues to what was happening, the younger generation kept looking out.

Outside, the square remained calm. Through the glazed windows, not a single spark of the rampant fire could be seen, only rows of palace lanterns silently glowing; nor was the slightest sound of explosions to be heard.

Yu Xiao couldn’t help but ask, "Master Shi, where are they setting fire? Could it be that you’ve already contained them within this crystal ball?"

Shi Feiyang replied, "I don’t have enough mana to create such a vast space inside this crystal ball; they are still in the original courtyard!"

With that, he waved his hand and the crystal ball rotated, the light and shadows within shifting. The burning Tianjin vanished, and the scene changed to a courtyard, the very one Shi Feiyang had arranged for those of the Huashan Sect.

The six most powerful individuals in the courtyard each occupied one of the six cardinal directions, holding different objects in their hands:

One held a glowing charcoal of Qiantian Fire Bamboo, another a broken tree branch, one a red mandarin duck silk girdle, and another a single shoe...

Standing in the center, Shi Nanxi held a belt and a sock, leading the surrounding six in "casting," stepping the Gang Step formation, making hand seals and jumping around, continuously waving the objects in their hands and shouting, sotis emitting pleased, strange laughs.

"It’s burning, it’s burning, haha!"

"I’ll blow you up! Blow you to pieces!"

"Daring to ss with our Huashan Sect, we’ll burn you all to ashes!"

"Co on, let’s have a blast!"

...

The rest of the Huashan Sect gathered in the front courtyard, continuously diving into flower beds and grass patches, plucking grass from the ground and stuffing it into their robes, shouting loudly, "This is all mine! All mine!"

Upon witnessing such a bizarre scene, even Ling Hun and Cui Wugu were sowhat moved, "Brother Shi, this is not a re illusion created by the Mysterious Sect’s techniques."

Mysterious Techniques could create illusions, rely inducing one into a false realm, sotis even while remaining lucid, but these people were clearly out of their minds.

Shi Feiyang nodded in agreent.

"It’s the Demon Path’s thods... the Nine Child Mother Sky Demon?!"

Shi Feiyang nodded again.

At the ntion of the "Nine Child Mother Sky Demon," everyone’s faces changed. This artefact was notoriously famous, a treasured symbol of the Red Body Sect, the Sect Hierarch Jiu Panpo’s cornerstone to fa, shaking the world.

Shi Nanxi was also a man of so renown, a Vice Sect Leader of both the Western Demon Cult and the Huashan Sect; relied upon by figures like the Poison Dragon Venerable and the Fiery Fire Ancestor—no one expected that while Shi Feiyang was sitting here, he had fallen into the Demon Realm elsewhere, toyed with like this!

Everyone thought: If this technique were to be used on us, what would the outco be?

Xu Feiniang watched the people in the crystal ball, already deep into a state of Deviation, and spoke up with determination, asking for rcy, "Brother Shi, with your extraordinary mana, please show so rcy; a lesson has been taught already."

Shi Feiyang didn’t pick up on her cue and continued to watch the situation inside the crystal ball.

Ling Hun sighed, "Brother, with Guang Chengzi’s Immortal Technique and your understanding of the Ancient Three Emperors Dao, you could subdue them using Mysterious Sect Immortal Techniques, so why insist on cultivating such Demon Path secret techniques?"

Shi Feiyang smiled faintly and retorted, "Before Buddhism was introduced to Central Earth, was there ever a notion of ’demon’?"

The question not only stopped Ling Hun dead but left everyone dumbfounded, unsure of how to reply.

"The concept of a demon was originally ’to grind’," continued Shi Feiyang, "coined by the Monk Emperor, Emperor Wu of Liang, who turned stones into ghosts; thus ca the term ’demon.’ Buddhism has its Transformative Heavenly Demons, Mahesvara, and so on, who are in themselves the main gods of separate religions, labeled as Forms of Heaven by Buddhism because they obstruct the enlightennt of others and judged as demons. In essence, Heavenly Demons are naturally celestial beings. Even Daoism speaks of the Great Demon Kings amongst the Five Emperors, and together with Ancient Divine Demons, they are fundantally Heavenly Gods.

Where do demons originate from? All heavens and worlds are essentially the Dao; the Dao is natural, producing one, producing none, producing being—thus beginning the world and mothering all things. The mother of demons, too, is the Dao, so why can’t I employ it? Whether in heart or deed, I have no sha, nor have I destroyed the Dao or committed evil. You all fear demons as if poison, rely because your Dao Level is insufficient, lacking the power to suppress demons; instead, they dominate you. You dare not contaminate yourselves even slightly, fearing possession by evil spirits and downfall into the Demon Path. But I am different. Be they demons or monsters, humans, gods, ghosts, or ghouls, all under the Dao have no distinction. Since they are born of the Dao, they can be used by Daoist Skills. In my eyes, there is no difference; if they are usable, I use them. What is there to fear?"

This speech left Ling Hun, Cui Wugu, and others speechless.

Jiang Shu reflected on his own title, realizing his brother’s Dao Level was profound and unfathomable. He had always been focused on smiting demons, but his perspective could not compare. It wasn’t simply a matter of different levels; yet contemplating abandoning Demon Suppression filled him with fear, believing that any contact with it would inevitably ruin his path and conduct.

The younger generation of the Wudang Sect felt that it contradicted the teachings of their own school and were generally unimpressed.

Yu Xiao, however, felt invigorated by the speech, strong and intense, his blood boiling with excitent.

He was fearless, never willing to admit defeat, and considered that one day he too might enjoy playing with a few demons.

Seeing that those of the Huashan Sect inside the crystal ball were deeply entrapped in Demonization beyond redemption, Shi Feiyang ford a spell with his hands, channeling a stream of Immortal Energy into the crystal ball. The ball quickly filled with a swath of red Demon Light, flickering just a few tis, before seven strands of Demon Light flew out from it and landed, transforming into seven little girls who stood in a row in front of Shi Feiyang.
