I had thought that I have cald down sowhat but now it was all coming back to . All those fluttering feelings in my chest and the addictive sll of sweet roses.
“Do you want to know what I’m thinking right now?” the prince asked as his eyes stared deeply into mine.
It felt like I had been completely captured in a web of spells. Slowly but surely, I was sinking deeper and deeper under his spell. Even though I knew that sothing was taking over , I didn’t want to resist it as I got lost in the depths of his blue eyes.
“I...” I murmured before I hesitated.
“If you tell that you want to know what I’m thinking, I’ll tell you...” he said temptingly.
I gasped at his offer. It was like he could read my mind even though our minds were no longer connected, and even if it was, I didn’t think that he could directly read my mind just like that. Even though I knew that he was teasing and baiting , I couldn’t control the curiosity that had started blossoming in my mind.
“I...I want to know...” I replied before biting down on my lower lip nervously.
His question was simple and so I thought that my answer should be just as simple. I didn’t know that much about the prince; however, I was certain that he would keep his promise.
“I think...” Prince Leonard said before he paused.
It felt like my entire body had frozen into a statue of ice as I watched his hand slowly approach my face. I knew that he was going to touch my face but I didn’t back away and part of that was because I just couldn’t move. A soft sigh escaped my lips when his large hand cupped the side of my face gently. The warmth from his hand seed to seep into my cooler skin and it made feel calm yet very excited at the sa ti. His eyes t and held mine as I held my breath while I waited for his next words.
“I think that you’re a very interesting girl...” he murmured softly.
My heart skipped a dangerous beat as he kept staring deeply into my eyes. Slowly, his fingertips traced their way down the curve of my cheek to my chin. I had no idea why he thought that I was an interesting girl but none of that seed to matter in that mont.
“I’ve never t soone like you before...” he continued in a tone so gentle.
His fingers moved to capture my chin before tilting my face up a little as if he wanted to see a better view of my face. His gentle touch and the way that his eyes swept over my face made my heart race wildly in my chest.
“The more ti I spend with you, the more curious I get about you and who you really are...” he murmured as if in thought.
The prince softly pressed the soft pad of his thumb on my upper lip before he began stroking its outline. His eyes watched intently as his thumb moved lower to stroke my lower lip gently before he pressed a little firr on it. His touch felt hot and seed to burn , yet it felt so pleasurable and made my breathing quicken.
“When I touch you, you always react to , and it feels so familiar...like I’ve touched you and held you before...” he continued voicing his thoughts and I had no trouble believing that his words were honest and true.
My heart clenched tightly in my chest at his words, and I was rendered speechless. I never thought that he would be this open and honest with . It seed like the prince didn’t have any difficulty in speaking his mind when he wanted to although most of the ti he could feel cold and distant.
He really is a mystery...
“We haven’t known each other for very long at all but it feels like I’ve known you for a very very long ti...” he said before a small smile curved his beautiful lips.
His words seed to resonate with and I started wondering if sohow I also felt the sa way about him. Although we did spend so ti together, he was right that we haven’t known each other for that long at all. There were also many things that I didn’t know about him; however, maybe I had felt drawn to him since the first ti that we t. Even if I was suspicious of him when we first t and had my guard up, it didn’t take long for to enjoy spending ti with him.
Was it because, I also thought that he felt familiar to like I’ve known him before?
No, that’s not possible.
“Mila, I want to know so much more about you...” the prince said.
His words brought my attention back to focus solely on him and what he was saying to again. I took in a deep breath and the sll of roses flooded my senses and made feel like I was standing in a field full of blooming roses. I realized without a doubt that I also wanted to know so much more about him. If only that would be possible.
“Right now, I really want to touch and embrace you, Mila...” he confessed as his hand moved down to stroke my neck.
“Ahh...” I moaned softly and closed my eyes in bliss.
The heat of his hand against my neck slowly inched downwards to my collarbones and then even lower until it cupped my breast firmly. I wondered if he could feel the fast and hard beating of my heart against the palm of his hand. As his hand began moving to squeeze my breasts through my clothes, the sll of roses intensified until my mind was completely intoxicated by it.
