Jun Yexuan pursed his lips. Carefully, he answered, “You’ve gotten mad at once, don’t get mad again, okay? I just want this proposal to be aningful.”
“This is the surprise I wanted to give you. I didn’t just want to talk and have others do everything for . Plus, the cuts on my hands aren’t all… oh…”
Qiao Qing went on her tiptoes and curled her arms around his neck. Her head tilted and effectively shut him up.
Jun Yexuan’s pupils dilated as happiness flooded him. He grabbed her waist and took over the dominant role.
After a long and deep kiss, Qiao Qing rested her head against his chest, “You know my heart hurts when you get hurt.”
Jun Yexuan tightened his grip over her and rubbed his chin against her head, “Marrying you is the luckiest thing to ever happen to . What’s the big deal with planting so flowers? It’s nothing for what I’m getting in return.”
Qiao Qing’s heart shook a little before she cald herself down. Then, she rembered her other question.
“Haven’t we decided to marry? Yet you are still proposing and asking if I want to marry
you?”
If Mu Jinghang and the others were here, they would laugh at how this father-daughter pair thought the sa way. Jun Yexuan didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. He grazed his finger down her nose and smiled affectionately, “The proposal is an important tradition. How can I neglect you of sothing all other girls have?” Qiao Qing once again wanted to cry. She felt like, under this man’s warm gestures, she was starting to behave beyond herself.
Why else would her eyes keep getting damp around the edges?
Inhaling deeply, she tried to stop herself and answer Jun Yexuan, “I will ma…”
Jun Yexuan stopped her from speaking by placing a finger in front of her lips, “Don’t rush into an answer. I have more surprises for you.”
He then commanded the hot air balloon to descend.
Qiao Qing was a little out of it after she heard his words. She watched as they reached closer and closer to the ground. Only then, did she notice that there was a mansion sitting in the middle of the roses. The hot air balloon was heading that way.
Qiao Qing rembered the cuts on his hands that weren’t all from planting and she couldn’t help but ask, “What else did you do?”
Jun Yexuan grinned, “You’ll see once you get there.”
Qiao Qing was used to his mysteriousness. With her lips slightly curled up, she stopped asking.
After the hot air balloon landed, Jun Yexuan helped her get out and took her hands, “Follow

Qiao Qing’s little hands were warm inside his. Every step they took, her heartbeat fastened.
In front of the tightly shut door, Qiao Qing asked, “This is your house?”
Jun Yexuan nodded. He used both of his hands, he pushed open the door.
The mont the door opened, Qiao Qing stopped breathing. At once, her eyes widened again.
In the middle of the living room was a beautiful wedding gown. The shocking part of this was the stunning imagination of the designer. The dream-like lace material on the outer layer of the gown appeared lightly dipped in fine diamonds. It looked just like the galaxy in the sky – dazzling and sparkling.
Qiao Qing was certain that no author had the vocabulary to describe the beauty of this dress.
She could only hold her breath in fear of disturbing this unrealistic dream. By the ti she finally took control of her emotions, a warm chest pressed into her.
Jun Yexuan hugged her from behind and whispered, “Do you like it?”
