Once again, it was confird that this dad wasn't very reliable. At the end of the day, he only had himself to trust.
Mu Jinghang was not at all embarrassed. He turned to look at Sang Wu and asked carefully, "Why did you suddenly agree to co back?"
Sang Wu rolled her eyes, "Of course, it's because I want Ling to have a complete family. Why else? You really think I ca back for you?!"
Mu Jinghang, "..."
After a mont of silence, he couldn't stop himself from asking, "Even now, you have absolutely no feeling towards ?"
Sang Wu said without hesitation, "No."
Mu Jinghang, "..."
The conversation ended there and the two started a cold war.
After they arrived ho, Mu Jianguo noticed the strange atmosphere between the two and dropped his face at Mu Jinghang, "Why did you make Sang Wu angry again?! Huh?!"
Mu Jinghang ignored him and sullenly walked up the stairs.
Mu Jianguo froze and then started to chuckle at Sang Wu, "Sang Wu, ignore him. He has a poor attitude."
Sang Wu knew that Mu Jianguo guessed that it wasn't her son's fault this ti. She felt a little sorry that he still took her side.
"Uncle, don't worry. We are fine. I ca back this ti because I truly want to spend the rest of the days with him."
Mu Jianguo's eyes brightened, "That's great! Great! I'm not worried. I'm not going to interfere with your matters. I know you have your own way of doing things."
"You go upstairs with Mu Ling then. You and Jinghang have your old room. I didn't touch anything from before. I've asked the maids to clean out Mu Ling's room as well. It's the room to your left."
"I didn't know you were coming so I didn't get the chance to set up a nursery. The interior designer will be coming tomorrow and I'll ask him to design the room according to Mu Ling's taste."
He then turned to walk away. However, a voice called out to him from behind, "Dad."
Mu Jianguo stopped walking and he thought he was hallucinating.
He snapped his head around and excitedly stared at Sang Wu, "Sang Wu, what did you call ?"
"Dad." Sang Wu walked up to him, "Thank you."
Mu Jianguo's eyes turned warm as he blinked away his tears, "You stupid child, what's there to thank for? Uncle... Ah, I, dad, have to thank you for not ditching Jinghang. I'm so happy you're willing to co back with your son. I know Jinghang is stupid and he's not good enough for you."
Sang Wu shook her head and smiled, "There's no such thing when it cos to relationships. Lots of people said that Jun Yexuan wasn't good enough for Qingqing. But to Qingqing, nobody's better than him."
Mu Jianguo's eyes brightened even more, "That ans you do have feelings for Jinghang?!"
Sang Wu's face reddened, "If I don't have any feelings for him, I wouldn't have Mu Ling. The reason why I kept on denying that fact and escaping, was because I wanted freedom more."
Sowhat shyly, she turned around, "That idiot is a straight thinker. I angered him just now. Let go calm him down."
She then headed upstairs.
Mu Jianguo started to smile then. He waved at Mu Ling, "Mu Ling, co to grandpa."
...
Upstairs, Sang Wu followed the familiar path to her and Mu Jinghang's old room.
The door wasn't closed. She opened it and found Mu Jinghang standing on the balcony.
She could only see his back.
Mu Jinghang heard the commotion and turned his head around. When he saw her, he turned away proudly.
